There seems to be a disconnect between employees and management in relation to specific tasks i.e taking down advertisements before their expiration date.

This place is a joke, every day at 5am they have their friends (or employees?) hanging out in the lot blasting rap at 100db in a residential neighborhood, wakes me up all the time and I'm over a block away.

Came in late at night and was helped out by vikram, he made sure to suggest to me to downlaod the app and to put down my number for rewards on it. I was able to get a free bag of chips becuase of it. 10/10 service!!

Easy to park in front, off of Washington St. on the East side, and their coffees are always fresh and strong. They set out a lot of condiments. Also like their fresh bananas and hot items. Thanks for being in Petaluma, 7-11!

Don't pay with cash because they will short you in change, hoping that you won't notice. This is illegal, but if you take a candy bar, they will call the police and waste even more resources.

Of the two 7/11s in town this one is clearly superior. Unlike any other 7/11 I’ve visited, the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the slurpee machine works.

Very rude and hostile towards dogs. Yesterday President Biden got a new puppy, but even if he wanted to take his dog inside this 711 the rude lady will quickly ask you to leave. If you love dogs go to another place of business to send a message.

I try and try to give this place the benefit of the doubt,but it's terrible. Never any food,don't want to be bothered with you. It's worth the drive to go across town to the other 7 eleven. Don't go here
