Newbie here just wanted to pick up cigs. $22! Yikes. Bot them anyway. Great staff. Store looks great. Update: I bot another pack from another 7 11 nearby…they charged $10.45 . Thus, this store staff is ripping off customers. - this store houses thieves.

Nice store, better kept than other 7 elevens, however one of the male cashiers hits on me almost every time i’m there and it’s very unprofessional and gross. I know he has seen me with my boyfriend there multiple times. don’t know his name but he is almost always there, lean tall younger guy. Otherwise a clean store and got mostly every thing you would want.

Overall, not clean enough and a seedy feel. But it's three minutes from where I live, so what are you gonna do?Veer, an Indian man in his 30's is the gem in this store's rough. (and to say that this story is rough, is an understatement) surprising for being located between downtown and West Petaluma. Somebody else needs to manage it because it oughta be a shiny sparkling store. The other regular evening employee (20's w/ a sassy pants attitude and smug authoritay - get this, doesn't smile doesn't respond but comes out to my car when I'm sitting in there having a cigarette and asked me to move my car from being in front of the store, when there were about 8 other open parking spots, twice he asked and the second time I said that's fine and I moved it just to not have to see his smug constipated face so close up and all at my car door. Reeks of sexual harassment actually. if I wasn't as busy in life actually having a life, I might let 7-Eleven know)

I ordered online delivery and it never arrived. When I went to the store the guy was screaming at me in front of my kids he would not listen to anything I was saying. He kept saying I didn't have the correct information but everything he wanted was right there on my phone. He just refused to look. He refused to fix the problem and instead yelled at me even louder. I will never again order from 711 let alone go to this store again.

The owner/ employee doesn't wear a mask ever. He even handles food. This is very bothersome and against our county mandates and frankly human decency. I'll visit another store until this changes.

Slurpees are good when the weather is hot. Usually can find something to eat. Alcohol, cigarettes, wood, and local merchandise. Usually in and out quickly. Sign up for 7/11 rewards program.

Terrible tha cashier it was always on the phone ignore me and church me whenever he felt like it I'm not sure if the owner of this place it's okay with this I'm definitely not going back unless I have not other options!

Terrible beer selection. Food was stale. Beef Jerky was really dry and expired. Was very expensive. Employee seems annoyed that people want to buy items there. Seems like an inconvenience.
