Ok gym, weight room is way over crowded. They need to loose about a third of the machines to make it comfortable to work out. It would be nice it they could move some equipment out by the unused hottub.
The more I work out here I’m not sure I feel comfortable with weight room upstairs. Feels like the weights are going to come through the floor.

This review is solely for the cardio area of this facility. When I joined 24 Hour Fitness Petaluma back in 2018, the facility’s treadmills, stair climbers and ellipticals were already worn out and in need of replacement. Here we are 6 years later and the gym has yet to replace any of their cardio equipment. Today alone there were several machines out of service. Of the treadmills that do work, most of them will make a horribly loud noise if you jog over 5 MPH. Many of the machines need to be replaced, not repaired. Additionally, there are no shade coverings for the large front windows in the cardio area. The windows offer no insulation and some days it’s like jogging in front of a magnifying glass. This area of the gym is in serious need of shade covers and proper ventilation/fans.

I never had the chance to write a review, but I want to share my honest experience. This gym is consistently unclean, with hair in the sinks and on the hand dryers, as well as issues with cleanliness in the toilets. Additionally, the adjustable bench upstairs (the one on the left when you walk upstairs) was always collapsing when someone attempted a dumbbell press, posing a safety hazard. Despite reporting this issue twice, I never received any follow-up. The presence of broken equipment poses a significant liability, and there was no effort to upgrade or even fix the machines during the two years I was a member, despite an increase in fees. On a positive note, the staff was always friendly and helpful. However, the lack of squat racks was frustrating because of all of the teenagers hogging them up, and despite suggestions to add more outside near the basketball court, there was no response. I rate this gym two stars, attributed to the friendly and professional staff.

I started with 24 Hours in Petaluma. They set me up with a personal trainer, and I was with that trainer for seven sessions. I built a good relationship, but that trainer was put on leave. 24 refuses to give me my money back for the 12 sessions I paid for. I don’t recommend 24-hour. Think twice. They only have two trainers available

This 24 hour fitness is located in an old brick building that probably dates back to early 1900's. Such cool vibes.Never really super busy when I go, but I usually go off peak times. They have every machine you need and tons of hammer strength machines/cable machines and free weightsFriendly staff and chill vibes all around.

I use to love this gym so much! I have been a member since 99. Unfortunately I’m thinking of canceling my member ship and joining Active Petaluma. I just can’t handle to volume or high school aged kids goofing off and tying up all the machines while they play on their phones. Frustrated with the staff as I and many other gym members have expressed concern and are be being ignored. They need to go back to 18 and over unless you have a parent with you.

I love this club and I've been here at the gym for 2 years but the one I don't like anymore these months they supposedly have cleaning maintenance, she doesn't do anything she just spends 1 hour cleaning in the men's bathroom and the upstairs bathroom is dirty and stinks Horrible, he is a man who always uses a face mask. You are going to realize where that man always is, but I already told those who work in front to clean another area and not do anything about it.

Great place in a classic old Petaluma building, love the layout, can't give it that 5th star though cuz it should really have some AC, get hot as balls in there when it's hot out.

It is a shame that the machines, which are older but still some of the best, are not given maintenance. The AC has not work in the weight room areas for years. Too much neglect.

As a disabled person trying to use this gym I find it frustrating that when I try and park in the handicap capped parking spot in the gym parking lot there is constantly a blue Chevy Silverado truck parked in the cross hatch wheelchair loading zone.

This 24 hrs gym has some of the rudest patrons of any gym I have ever belonged to. From parking to lack of respect of other people working out.

tried to get in to check out the facility on the "3-day guest pass" and was told by the less than competent staff that I had to be a local...and that really the past was only good for one day. no attempt at customer service and No parking to be had. just out of spite...going to pursue this all the way up their food chain just because of their false advertising...

No air conditioner on downstairs for last three days. I saw an elder man almost faint because it is so hot. Put the air on, please.
