I can't begin to tell you how much this crew, led by Dr. Linda Amezcua and Dr. Michelle Croom, have done to help my pets over the years, both in routine situations and dire situations. Intelligent, patient, compassionate, sometimes inventive to help an animal and the human that loves them. Extraordinary talent in a very rural setting. They don't need rave reviews because the locals keep the pressure on them pretty constantly. They instinctively care very much about outcomes, and they tell you their honest opinions. Just what you need.

Great group of human beings! We have had nothing but good experiences having them take care of both our dogs and cat. Had to have our 18 year old cat euthanized recently and felt the process was dealt with in the most sensitive and humane possible.

We drove a hour to get here and it was totally worth it. Not many places around here can help a sick baby goat. Dr Michelle and her team are so kind, competent, and really listen to what you have to say. She gave us her focused attention and spent a good long time with us. There is also plenty of street parking and the grounds are just beautiful with ducks and other animals roaming around.

Miracle workers and actual people that care for animals first! 100/100 stars I had an emergency with a group of kittens (about a month old) I found on the farm I live on, they were abandoned. They were starving and barely holding on. I called 4 vets:VCA Half Moon Bay, denied, no appointments Banfield Santa Cruz, denied, no appointments Sage Veterinary Services , never answered the phone for 10 minutes I made it clear it was an emergency of life or death and they could only wish me GOODLUCK I was frantic And then I called Pescadero Vet and they mentioned they didn't have an appointment BUT they would help me if I brought them in right away and at least the vet tech could take them in.I rush over, knowing one little kitty out of 5 was really not doing too hot. 2 had eye infections and they were starving. I get there and right away they take the kittens in and start care. I wait around for maybe 5-10 minutes and they come out to tell me that they are going to take them in for the night and to call back/come back the next day to see how they were. I was so relieved. My heart could rest knowing they were in the best hands and were getting the help they absolutely needed to SAVE THEIR LIFE! This is why I'm writing this review, the Pescadero vet office is a place of real people who genuinely care about animal welfare. I called back today and they are doing okay, they have been through a lot but they are okay. I let them know if there's anyone who would like to foster them, to be my guest, as I'm not very knowledgeable about kitten care ( I'm a pup person) I was preparing to take them home so I purchased kitten food and by the time I made it to the office that afternoon, they told me they found fosters!!!! I was so happy I teared up. I'm very forgetful of names but I believe Dr. Linda helped me, she's an angel and was very attentive to the situation. Thank you Bobby/i for taking us in yesterday as well! And to everyone who works there, you're all amazing. I was able to visit the kittens and say goodbye for now. They even named one of the baby girls after me which brought me to tears after this slightly traumatic event. God bless the people of the Pescadero Vet, they are real and here for the animals first. I've never been to a better vet, they deserve so much recognition. Thank you 100x! You saved lives!
