I understand it is a busy day ahead of 4th of July but it still isn't an excuse for your female employee currently working the self check out area around 10:40 am to treat all the customers with such disrespect. I have never encountered somebody so rude like I just did only because I was unaware of having to grab a "code" for bagged items. Then to try to guilt me by saying "well customers like you are the reason we have to increase the prices on such items because now I have to throw this away in the trash because you couldn't grab the code." So ridiculous!

Today I went to this winco in Perris and I was waiting for someone to give me some ham in the deli section and they didn't even ask me if I needed help she then proceeds to help other people when they arrived after me. I felt discriminated she then proceeds to smirk in my face when I ask her to help me.

Creepy is to say the least. Turns out that they spend more time in court suing and being sued than actually grocery selling.
I would not believe this if I myself was not profiled and followed around for NO REASON by an extremely paranoid assistant manager at the Perris location.....The guy was so jittery and suspicious of others.... almost as if he was under influence.
And talk about straining a fruit fly but swallowing a camel! They putting 15 year old girl in a headlock but themselves seem to be ripping people off for much more than a candy bar, lol!
Simonin vs WinCo
"The Class Representative alleges that WinCo improperly collected a surcharge by omitting the amount of the surcharge as itemized on its customer receipts...."
They settled for 3.6 million dollars.
I wonder how many candy bars was that settlement worth? Sadly WinCo got away without being thrown to the ground and stomped on as they do to their patrons suspected of theft.
That's why they suspect everyone. They seems to project onto others what they reality are ?

I really like going to that store because it has everything, it's just that the staff were a little friendlier, most of them walk around with angry faces and that's not good.

My favorite market..... Great Prices. I personally like the Perris store more than the Moreno Valley store. Perris has more availability on stock. Moreno Valley is always out of things.

Just leaving from WinCo here in Perris and honestly left upset. The lines are backed up and register 6 has their light on but gated and Employee MAGADELNA OR MAGDALENA is stationed at this register talking with one of her coworkers just chatting it up. I ask if it’s closed and the employee who is off duty says “oh no I just got done and set it up” so I say “oh the light is still on” and huge misunderstanding that MAGADELENA is taking over the register; well I walk off and then the off duty worker removes the gate. They take another customer and I’m behind really upset.
Finally it’s my turn to check me out, MAGDELENA does not greet me and apologize for the huge misunderstanding. I’m upset as it is. She’s probably new as a checker but her attitude for the circumstances are poor.
