where do i start i've been banking with wells for over 16 years and let me say with in those years you know what wells has done for me as a bank? nothing!!!!!! but make it hard for me to cash checks and real bad customer service so bye bye checking account going back to navy fed where they know how to treat customers

Came in today to get a bank statement for my new business just starting and apparently they closed my account for being negative 76 CENTS. (Don't even know how it was negative for that amount cuz I haven't used that account atall yet.) Having that statement today was very important. Major inconvenience to my business for not even a dollar. They told me I can make a new one online and wait a MONTH for a statement lol no thanks. Wells Fargo Sucks

No stars for this horrible branch and Manager and some guy name Alex Gomez. When I told him my problem and I walked away he started laughing making fun of me. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I went to get money from the ATM and the machine never gave me the money. Said currently unavailable, it shows on my account that I got it, but never did.they told me I had to file a claim and it was going to take 10 days to resolve the issue. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BANK WITH THEM OR COME TO THIS BRANCH!

This is the worst Wells Fargo to go to they have horrible customer service and they have a waitlist where they won’t even be able to tell you if you will be seen on that day. They don’t have enough bankers to help the customers in this area. They need new management. I’ve been waiting for over an hour. The worst bank I have ever been to. They give u misinformation, so know one that works there actually knows what’s going on, they all seem lost. I wish I can give this bank no stars

Looking to open a new account be advice they don't do walk-ins neither have appointments available soon. I rather take my money to other bank.

I’ve been banking with WF for 20 years and they just do not care about their customers. I’ve been slowly trying to move to another bank but still have one account here because it’s the most convenient bank to where we live. It’s just a shame it’s severely lacking. (A few of the tellers here are awesome, friendly, and attentive. A few others are always having bad days or something.)This review is because of a poor experience with an appointment.I tried making an appointment but the website wasn’t working. I went into the perris branch to ask for an appointment and told them the appointment website had been down for a few days.The teller told me they couldn’t do it in person and the website was the only way… so I showed them right there what the website was doing. It didn’t load for either of us. She said keep trying over the next few days.Two more days pass and it’s still not working. I call WF customer service and surprise, it’s not working on their end too. So she manually makes an appointment for me somehow? I get a confirmation for the appointment. A few days before the appointment, I get a phone call to confirm as well and they are like “please arrive on time, it’s the last appointment time of the day” blah blah blahI arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time with my documents ready. I wait. And wait. And I am not seen until an hour AFTER my appointment time, after the bank has already locked the doors. During the entire time I’m waiting, no one checks in with me about wait time or appointment status. When I am finally seen, there’s no “sorry for the wait” or anything about the inconvenience. I am just told that if I’m not a WF member I will have to pay for the appointment LOLI closed an account years ago because of controversial practices that made me question their business practices (remember the lawsuits on the news??)But I left one account because I haven’t wanted to deal with changing all my autopay info, but after this, WF has convinced me it’s time to take my business to a place that respects their customers time.

Cero estrellas a este bank no tienen nada de profesionalismo quedaron de cambiarme un cheque grande en 5 días y cuando fui dijeron que no habían echo nada muy mal servicio debería estar cerrado este lugar el manager no pudo resolverme nada solo se quedaba callado no me dio ninguna explicación sobre el error que hicieron mal servicio

It was a quick in and out trip. They have atms inside that you can make deposits and withdrawals. The tellers are always nice, but it can get really busy

This was my third visit to this location. The two other times were okay but this third time was great! Sumari made me feel comfortable and was friendly. I have visited other banks that made me feel uncomfortable and gave me ugly looks. I will be returning simply for her great customer service.

Not satisfied with the service. I tried to open a bank account a week ago and still waiting for a call back and plus I tried calling and no one picks up the phone very bad service at this location

Can't give zero stars. It's not the staff, the tellers are always helpful and friendly. This bank is the only bank forcing patrons, including the elderly, to wait in lines outside. Wait times to get in for a simple bank transaction is 10-45min, sometimes longer. Take your business elsewhere
