Cero estrellas a este bank no tienen nada de profesionalismo quedaron de cambiarme un cheque grande en 5 días y cuando fui dijeron que no habían echo nada muy mal servicio debería estar cerrado este lugar el manager no pudo resolverme nada solo se quedaba callado no me dio ninguna explicación sobre el error que hicieron mal servicio

This was my third visit to this location. The two other times were okay but this third time was great! Sumari made me feel comfortable and was friendly. I have visited other banks that made me feel uncomfortable and gave me ugly looks. I will be returning simply for her great customer service.

Can't give zero stars. It's not the staff, the tellers are always helpful and friendly. This bank is the only bank forcing patrons, including the elderly, to wait in lines outside. Wait times to get in for a simple bank transaction is 10-45min, sometimes longer. Take your business elsewhere

This is the worst service I've ever received, every month my payments set on auto pay are late, it says ,5 days for delivery, they are now on 10 days late. Late from auto pay is rediculous,. Customer service phone is a joke. I was just on the phone and was hung up on after I said my payments have been late since July.

The worst branch I ever been!! There's an old lady (teller assistant) who's always hard to work with, she does everything super slow, she made me double sign my check cause she wanted to verify my signature, even tho I had the caution to previous sign it at home so I don't have to use one of the bank pens that everyone uses ( she didn't care) she is super rude and makes you not want to go to this branch, also they never give you the option to get your receipt by email, they just print it and then justify saying I should let them know before I started my transaction, like why only this things happen in this branch? Seriously should be working in costumer service!

Yelp needs a 0 star option . This place is ridiculous. Female employee by the door at 11:58 definitely has a problem . How come you will let others enter the building even hold the door open but as I walk up to the door shut it and say your close but as I walk away let 5 other customers walk in. What is your problem . Very rude and unprofessional. Worst Wells Fargo location I've ever been to.

They have the worst customer service the management is horrible I waited in line over 20 minutes and all they kept on saying was why don't you go to your own bank it doesn't matter what bank I go to your job is to cash checks.
