I got fired before the holidays after working a year and a half for wayfair. Wayfair has a point system for not showing up or being late, those points drop off in 6 months. My mom was in the hospital after surviving 2 car accidents in a span of a month so i had to pick up my lil bro from the bus that had made me late multiple times by just minutes. At this point I had no choice, I was at 8 and had 8 points for a week shy of 6 months. Drama broke out when I rejected the supervisor's sister in a mean and harsh way. Her supervisor sister would send the sister pictures of us when she was at home monitoring the companies cameras keeping tabs on me. Her sister became my supervisor and a week before all my points drop off I started talking to their HR department called talent management against the sisters. They were no help and let the sister retaliate against me by firing me off of points a week before I was in the clear. It's retaliation because the sister(my supervisor) was aware of my points for 3 months and wanted to pursue termination a week before they fall off and as soon as i spoke up about both sisters. And as i expected she was rushing the process in tms office trying to get rid of me quicker. After I was fired I tried to ask tm what happened as I told them this would happen as a form of retaliation that they had overlooked and they didn't want to help. I went above them to the sr tm manager jodie gornall to try and get help but no this lady had to be on her knees for the right people to get the position she has. How can someone be in talent management with no people or communicating skills whatsoever?? Blows my mind. the whole time on the phone with her i was met with an unprofessional, rude, and not caring tone, after that ik they were just sticking together in the corporate ladder.Not everything is bad at wayfair though, I love working furniture warehouses especially when they have down to earth supervisors. I would like to give praise to those supervisors that got the job done as well as please their team and speak up on their behalf Jake, Ruben, Alfredo, Liz, kenneth and joe. Keep up the good work guys. Joe was hands down the best warehouse manager that wayfair has seen. the best supervisors anyone could ask for. Aside from all that there was favoritism going on as well as corporate teaming up against individuals, I would know I was one of them.

A very bad experience, the reception is fine, but the drama employees are inept, they are lazy, they don't do their job well, they take a long time, they always say they are on break time, they take 3 to 6 hours to do anything, they They forget to unlock the doors when you have to leave, generally terrible service in the warehouse

They only load/unload one truck at a time. You have to park your truck outside the massive and open facility on a small crowded road. Took 12 hours to be seen.

They should fire their buyer - I own an airbnb staging company and recently their inventory mostly have design flaws - like the wire of a standing heat lamp that is too short it doesn’t reach the socket- deck chairs with awkward heights. blinds that are unusable - just to name a few . I try to return them cos they just don’t work. Wayfair pulls some shady move like - “we never received the return” or “we got the box but item wasnt inside” - well FedEx clearly picked it up and have records of it - did you file a missing item report to FedEx when u discovered item “missing”? it was a month ago. SILENCE…... Hey losers - Don’t transfer your lost to the customer just bcos you don’t know how to hire a competent buyer- one that actually knows the merchandise rather than just buy at a profit making price. Wayfair is run by Bunch of ________

If you are a truck driver, don’t waste your time picking up from this shipping facility. I’ve been held up for more than 7 hours. It’s not worth your time.
