My S21 Ultra got wet last week (6/5/24) I took in my very old S8 Plus, 'Hugo' was very professional and knowledgeable, helped me get my old phone running until my newer phone dried out. Shout out to Hugo for his help and generosity with his time! I recommend this store to anyone needing a brand new cell phone or if you have a small issue with your current phone or service. Don't wet your Samsung devices guys unless you have a waterproof case!!! ?? The S21 dried out but it took a week and it wasn't damaged but it this could have been catastrophic and it was only 14 seconds underwater. ✅ ?

Early morning can be slow due to the number of representatives that are working but, once I was helped Michael did an excellent job and was very patient with us and our questions.

I took a friend who is just learning to use his phone and did not know his password. We went 10 minutes before they closed and the person who served us named Jovani treated us excellently, he was very attentive, very patient and helped my friend a lot.

Walked in with no appointment, the store was full of other customers. Anticipating a long wait, my first thought was to leave and return another day, but I really needed to get stuff done, so I stayed. Pleasantly surprised that it was a long wait and it was rather quick. Thank you all who work here for being great. Big shoutout to Ivan who was amazing!!
