“The trailer was there and ready when I arrived. I even received a reminder call. It was clean and exactly what we wanted. My only gripe was I wasn't told ahead of time I needed a 2" ball, and then I spent time driving around to try to find one before just renting it from them on a hitch. I'm not sure this is their fault for not informing me (it should probably be on the confirmation email), but at first they wanted me to buy one (which wouldn't have fit on the hitch I had) before he remembered he had a whole hitch to rent me. But he was really nice and very helpful! It was a great experience working with Briseno's. That's the loss of one star. I didn't deduct a star for the breakdown at the side of the I10 because bad luck happens...who knows why the entire tread came off the wheel (it looked fine at pick up) - and I'm not deducting for the 2-1/2 hour wait at the side of the freeway for uhaul roadside assistance to bring a tire and change it out in the Palm Springs area (not in the middle of the desert). That was not Briseno's fault...but you should know that uhaul roadside assistance sucks.”
