Unfortunately I went to this store and received very bad customer service from the manager named Ailine, she acted very unprofessional, she needs more training, what a shame that because of people like this manager, T-Mobile loses customers.

Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. They denied service to my 91 year old grandmother. T-Mobile customer service line directed us to this location. The manager even denied service to the customer service representative on the phone. The manager was very rude not only to my mother but also my 91 year old grandmother. I truly believe that management should be re-evaluated.

They need more customer service training... as the manager too.... I never thought I was gonna experience what I witness happen to another customer months ago.. I when in waited for my turn (only 3 customer in store ) .. decided to take a look at the watches... I accidentally moved the watch wrong or something .. for the alarm to go off ... idk if the lady employe (the one with the long hair and she tall)is the manager .. she made me feel so uncomfortable ... I apologized .. she just keep mugging me I was so uncomfortable just sitting there cause she keep her eyes at me the whole time .. I was so uncomfortable that I opened my small purse n showed her i didnt have anything .. she sure gave her glanced inside my purse.. but she didnt say thanks or nothing .. made feel more uncomfortable...

This place is unorganized when there's alot of people in store. They should have someone to register people so they know who next in the right order. Also it should be first come serve not helping other people just because it's something quick like pay bill. That's why now they have auto pay or online service on the T-Mobile app. to pay your bill or helping other people first because of race or gender. The only bad thing that this T-Mobile is the only one here in this area.

Caution: Questionable Sales Practices I recently visited this store in December to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro. My experience was marred by questionable sales tactics that I feel potential customers should be aware of. After some research I discovered this location is not a T-Mobile Corporate store, it is a T-Mobile third party authorized reseller which I believe is the reason for my negative experience. Firstly, the staff insisted on selling a charger with the phone, claiming it to be store policy. Despite my clear statement that I didn't require it, they persisted. Reluctantly, I acquiesced to avoid any further inconvenience, as they had the specific phone model I wanted. More concerning was the issue with the Protection 360 plan. I explicitly declined this optional insurance service, opting instead for AppleCare+ through Apple directly. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that Protection 360 had been added to my account without my consent a month later. I called T-Mobile corporate and they removed Protection 360, it took a bit of effort to get them to reverse the ~$18 charge. My recommendation would be you skip this location. There's a corporate store in Menifee off Huan & Newport Rd and another on Eucalyptus/Nason off the 60 that may be better.

Apart from the fact that they take too long to serve you, they register as they please, twice they put someone who arrived after me on the waiting list.

Bad customer service. They wanted to make me get a promotion I was not willing to get. The lady told me if I didn’t get the promotion I was not going to get a new phone. They make people get things they don’t want. Waited a hour to walk out with out a phone because I was not willing to get the promotion.

This is ridiculous I literally went to go change my screen protector for my iPhones since I have insurance and they told me they "changed their rules" where you have to have the screen protector delivered to you . I just contacted T-Mobile customer service to get an update and they had no idea what I was talking about. This T-Mobile is so unprofessional.
