Mexican cashiers and managers have racist tendencies and only give full service to those of their culture. Disgusting arrogant behavior.

Very small Stater Brothers, they only use one door which is kind of inconvenient but the store is solid.

I used to love this store for the meat . But lately the meat is not trimmed properly flap meat is a hit and miss.
Some times very rubbery .
My kids like the sub sandwiches but when asking for one they are very prompt to tell you is going to take a long time. Take the sing out and don't offer if is to much out of your time to make a sandwich.
I don't know if is because we are in Perris but other stores seem to have better costuer service.

✨?????ALWAYS a good experience‼️ The manager, STEVE, will make time for anyone. When STEVE is not there, the BACK-UP staff is the strength that keeps people satisfied throughout the day. This particular Stater Bros. Store stands out to me, and workers verily keep the ideals of the wonderfully famous and long-time president, JACK BROWN, alive and ongoing, even years after Jack's passing.
***As I and shoppers in the know will say, Stater's has the best quality meats to be found anywhere they are located! (And they really back up their guarantee with making sure customers are fully satisfied!) ?️?✨

I find everything I need at Stater Brothers. It’s the only store that I go to however, I have noticed lately that the cashiers aren’t as friendly as they used to be. It’s almost like they’re there to work but that’s it. They don’t interact with the public they used to be where they spoke to you while they were ringing your groceries through now it’s just hush-hush. Let me get you through so that I can get done with the day.

I'm only putting a 3 because every other experience I've had here was great. Love the manager and the butcher.. Kelly is awesome. I've been coming here for over 15 years and NEVER have I experienced such disrespect and accusation. There was a deal on paper towels and it was so good I went back the following week to get another pack. It was 11.99. Originally 22.99, so half off. There was one left and I grabbed it. Thought I was lucky... I was surely wrong. A new cashier named APRIL... rung it up and it didn't come up with the discount so I told her. She had me walk her back to the deal and was visibly annoyed. Sure enough the tag said 22.99 discount 11.99. And she brought her manager over to fix it. Then she told him in front of me.. that I must've put it there to get a deal... so that im stealing?!?!?! Never in my life have I been accused of stealing. She was rude. And actively tried to convince the manager to not give me a discount. I got upset.. usually I keep my cool but I couldn't. The audacity this lady had to accuse me of stealing when the coupon deal was in her hand and it all added up. The manager gave me the discount and the bagging lady told me she's sorry and hopes I have a good day. Sad that there's a rotten egg there. I love that store. But I dont know how I feel about going back after this. Yall lost a very loyal customer over her disrespect.

What I loved about Perris Stater Brothers is Steve Astorga was willing to let me display a literature cart that contained Bible based literature in front of the store. Unfortunately I was not able to set the display up because of unforseen circumstances. But that was very kind of him to be willing to assist me in that matter.
