I typically use Riteaid but now I have transferred all my medication to Smart Care Pharmacy. I was informed last week by riteaid my pain medication was in back order and they are unaware when they will have any in stock. I called all the main chain pharmacies with no hope Until I called this pharmacy. Smart care pharmacy was able to fill my prescription and even set up delivery for my other medication. They were so understanding and reassuring. Never again will I go anywhere else for my medications.

Another pharmacy didn't have one of my meds, over an hour of calls Anthony helped me out and wanted me to be a full customer so moved all my other meds to them as wellAppreciate it AnthonyThanks Ted

I have been using this pharmacy for years. They take amazing care of all of our children and have gone above and beyond for my family on more then one occasion in an emergency.

Can't answer a simple question without getting personal details. "Do you sell xxxxx over the counter?"Yes or no, my name isn't required. I will be changing my pharmacy, sadly not to your business due to this incident.

Made an appointment... went in and the front desk girl (at most 14 years old) didn't know what she was doing and spoke so slow that it took 10 minutes for her to tell me the pharmacist had left. Then another 5 to ask me if I could come back an hour later! Looked like a medica in tuawana... with half the service and twice as sketchy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This pharmacy is fantastic! Everyone is very friendly and helpful there. I love that they have delivery options. Never have to wait long. I used to use rite aid pharmacy for my medications, and I have never been happier since switching to smart care!

What is the point of making an appointment when you have people waiting over 30-45 mins past there arrival time? There is literally 2 people in this place and shelves looking empty.

they don't care about appointments. will chit chat with one another the entire time and not attend anyone. waste of time, go somewhere else if you can. only got called after I kept asking about when we would be seen
