“There is not enough room here to share how happy I am with my experience at Lake RV and the owner Kyle Humphrey. In searching for a travel trailer, I encountered many sellers who were, putting it mildly, less than trustworthy. I knew from the first encounter with Kyle that he was a good guy and someone I could trust. From start to finish, he always treated me with kindness and respect. I purchased a 2018 Wildwood X-Lite an owner had been storing and wanted to sell. I hired him to deliver the trailer from Perris, CA to Escondido, CA, for what I considered a nominal fee. He arrived not only with the trailer but all of the hoses and everything to set it up, set it up and then showed me how to use everything. Later, I asked him if he could send me the pictures that were in the ad since he had taken that down off his site when I bought it. I know he spent a lot of time sending me all those pictures both via email and text and I appreciate it very much. All around it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Kyle and Lake RV to anyone searching to buy, sell or store an RV or travel trailer. “If you buy your own lock make sure the round one. They could use a unit number listing on the ends of the rows so you know which one to take . Huge field next door so I'm hoping not to find mice. So far it's all good and a good price for the space.”

“UPDATE; I went down to protect my property at the storage finding out that my ex business partner got access to the unit by contacting a neighbor who had access codes and the key to the lock who did not know what was going on. I ended up staying the night in the unit and apparently broke a rule and was told my lease was being terminated. Both myself and my neighbor an ex sheriff explain what was going on and they gave me a few more days to get my stuff out. I took what I could in my Ford Fusion back to Utah and plan to return to get the rest of it. My X business partner had stolen my keys my wallet and one of my phones. It is impossible to rent a truck or trailer without a driver's license or credit or debit card. I how to make an appointment with the department of licensing to get a new driver's license which I eventually got and I'm still waiting for the replacement debit and credit cards. I must have spent 16 hours a day trying to find workarounds so I could go down there and get the rest of my belongings. I finally decided to use my van what's a cargo hitch and rooftop rack but the battery died and after replacing it with a new one the security system reset. So I had to have it towed to the dealership which they were closed over the weekend and get a replacement key and remote fob and I'm still waiting for it. I'm hoping they will still be kind and allow mecome down and get the rest of my belongings.. I have had a horrific month and my MS is in full relapse because of all the stress

I got a great unit and a fantastic price and despite me rescheduling and rescheduling my move-in date they've been very kind and considerate. I love the fact that I can drive up to it and I'm grateful for them their prices are so much better than anywhere in Menifee and surrounding towns”
