Brought my car here after an accident roughly 8 months ago. Originally they did an amazing job and the car looked just as new. Fast forward to today however and the bumper no longer sits nicely on the car. Some of the clips they used to replace the bumper are now broken which has left me unsatisfied.

The team at Seidners Collision in Perris Ca are very efficient. They make the process easy and communicate with you throughout the repair process. The personnel are kind and professional. If you are AAA i highly recommend Seidners Collision as they have a working relationship with the agents at AAA. They started the claims process right away.

I recently had my Honda 2022 Odyssey Elite repaired at Seidner's Collision, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The repair was completed one day ahead of the estimated date, and the quality of work was outstanding. The entire process was seamless, thanks in large part to Alexis, who kept me thoroughly informed with timely updates and answered all my questions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
The repair shop's customer service was exceptional, and I felt well-informed throughout the entire process. I did not need to return the vehicle for any additional work, which was a testament to their thoroughness.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate their customer service and ease of doing business a 10. Their approach made everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Seidner's Collision to friends and family for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I got hit in the rear bumper and this company salvaged my car and took things out and did not put them back. I drove my car to another place and they fixed it and it is gorgeous. This place is such a rip off and I would never ever, have anyone go to this place? Just remember, even though you have certain insurance you can still go to a place of your own. I went with AAA and they sent me there. I cannot believe that they salvaged my car when another shop was able to fix it to perfection. I did not salvage my car. Take charge of your own repairs and find Places that will work with you. This place does not! They suck! And Eric, the big cheese, he’s a real jerk.

Siedners delivers what they promise. They take pride in their work making sure all the gaps are good as parts are replaced or repaired. The paint is flawless & color matched perfectly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I had my bumper repaired here after I got rear ended. They were all friendly, the work was done faster than I expected and my car looked clean and good when I picked it up. They also communicate throughout the process so you know what’s going on. I appreciate the work!
