Came on the 10 for Mother’s Day and Nelly helped me pick out the best hair products. She was so helpful they should have more employees like her.Edit a couple months later: came after work in a rush and Elieen went out of her way to help me. Very good service at this Sally’s they never disappoint ??

I was in here last week (about 2 weeks after Easter) and the sales associate with the awesome royal blue hair was so knowledgeable and friendly. I bugged her for about 15 mins straight with questions about hair dye and she enlightened me after every single one without any bother. She shared her personal opinions and experiences with the different brands which was really helpful. I appreciate her great customer service.

I normally go to a different location. This was my first time here and already the manager made me feel uncomfortable, I could just tell the associates working with her were intimidated by her. As I continued to shop I witnessed the manager shout at a little girl to go back to her mother. The child wasn’t doing anything. In my opinion it’s not her place to tell the little girl anything. You should ask the mother (adult) to ask her daughter to join her due to safety purposes. Especially if her mother is right in front of you. I could tell the customer got bothered as I would in that situation. When time comes for me to check out. I noticed something was more expensive than what it was displayed as. The manager said “sometimes kids misplace things” I said this wasn’t misplaced, all the items are there” she proceeded in blaming the “kids”. Which she was rude about because at that point I felt it would have been best to price match and go fix the display to keep her customer happy.I don’t mind paying extra at all. I just didn’t like the managers attitude the entire time. It wasn’t warm or inviting at all. This Sally’s location seriously should reconsider management or management training.

Honestly I started coming here because I got tired of using box dye and let me just say that the customer service here is amazing! Reading some of the reviews, maybe some people get unlucky with the employees. I’ve always had an employee help me with the correct product to either lighten my hair or bleach it ???

Great customer service . I love that this location has All new staff. You are always welcome once you enter the store.I love how all the staff are very helpful and are always there to answer my questions.

If I can give this place no stars I would x1000! The manager Jessica is so horribly rude and has a bad attitude. I feel so bad for how horrible she treats her employees. This store went down hill after the old manager Angelica left. Such a toxic environment.

I came here to by skin tight skin astringent, when I walked in I asked the girl "where can I find skin tight?" The girl replied " we don't carry that here" now I have been buying skin tight from Sally's for over 15 years so I knew this was not true, I went and found the skin tight myself and when I got to the register I told the girl " you do sell this " and I recorded it with my cell phone, I paid for the product and got outside to my car when I noticed that the same girl was recording me so I went back in the store, as soon as I got inside the store she was on the phone calling the police, by this time the manager came in from outside on her break, the worker told the manager that she did not understand what I was asking for and that she had went to the computer to look it up, my whole thing is how can you look something up on the computer when you did not understand what I was saying? Black people have gone trough people not wanting them in stores so they tell us " we don't carry that" to shoo us away , That's discrimination because they had the product, the cops came heard both stories and realized that they were there for nothing, she tried to use calling the cops as a scare tactic only because she did not want me in her store, I went there to spend money on a product that they had and she told me that they didn't have it

People like Maesha are one in a million. While I was in there she was so helpful made time for everyone. She welcomed everyone that walked through the door and kept doing it even after being ignored by some customers. Made sure I found what I needed. People like her make a little experience pleasant in these stressful times and that goes a long way!
