I shopped at this particular store on 11/1/2024 after shopping for my items as I entered the chk out line I was looking on the shelves where they have the snacks I discovered there was rat droppings all on the shelves I alerted the associate on chk stand number #1 she giggled me off ‘ I was like Oops ok !! Well they don’t have to worry about me shopping there anymore ?

I went to there to buy an item. The item didn’t have a price.The cashier asked another
girl that worked there and she wanted me to walk all the way to the back and get a similar item . First of all, you guys should have prices on all the items second of all it’s your job not mine . Lazy employee.

I’m giving them 1 stars because I went shopping there on 07/3/24 I went to self pay with my daughter after my daughter payed I paid my stuff and after that there was no bags so I asked my daughter if i could put my things in her bag she said yeah and as soon I put my things in her bag after i pay and the lady that is standing at entrance stepped out of her little stand ask to see my bag I told her that I have the receipt and she said let me see your bag things that I pay for just because of my looks she treated me like a thief I felt descriminated and I will not go back to Ross .

Lest start saying that I truly love this store, I am 39 year old Hispanic/black female and I love to come and shop at this location, I was Followed around store because I’m Hispanic and the color of my skin???So I was like 30 minutes into my shopping and immediately felt eyes burning into the back of my head. I turn round and see a young sales assistant standing in the next isle peeping through the clothes and just watching me, than I notice that the store manager started to follow us. I was with my mum and my 3 small children, I couldn’t quite believe it at first so I went round into the next isle and she just sort of stood there like a deer in headlights and started fumbling with the clothes rack. I didn’t say anything to her because I just felt humiliated and instead put back my things and started to walk out. On the way out I see another young girl just standing a few isles away watching me leave. Not in a subtle way but just stood there watching me as I walked by. I’m not the confrontational type so I just walked out.This has happened to me a few times in this store but I never actually address the issue with staff members or management I just walk away. But what I noticed is how the store manager is the one always been rude and mean to Hispanic customers I’m also not sure whether they are being instructed to do this by the company or if they’re being trained to, but either way it’s not acceptable. I know they discriminate because of the colour of my skin or cuz I'm Hispanic???There have been times when I’d go home and cry about it because I just feel so embarrassed and humiliated that someone would just look at me and my children and think to themselves “yeah they look like the type that would steal from us”. I’ve never stolen a thing in my life.Overall, I’m just getting sick of being stereotyped because of the colour of my skin and it’s really getting me down. To the store manger you should be shame of your self and grateful the us Hispanics come and shop at ross.Also The cleaning at this location doesn't exist the restrooms smells really bad and the floors are black like the never cleaning.Location perris blv CA
