I spend every last cent to tow my car from Phoenix AZ to Perris Ca. I called begging for them to finish I had a car rental that I needed to return. 7 days later I show up my car had barely been touched.i had no choice but to tow it back to Phoenix AZ. Out of money and a car still not working....it breaks my heart to write this because they had the opportunity to help me but decided I was not worth their time or energy
I had asked that they fix my fuel tank. Once I finally got the fuel tank looked at the pump was completely destroyed that was the reason my car didn't want to start. If they would of even taken a look and did what I asked fix the fuel tank I wouldn't had to wasted so much money and time and energy. I have been a long time customer they have always done a great job with my car that I decided it was worth me towing it there because I trust and really believe I drive off with a working car. And like I said if anyone would of done what I asked to fix my gas tank they would of saw I only had part of fuel tank pump.... I had tears in my eyes when I saw that time was up I spend so much money and I was towing my car back to Phoenix.....

We brought our Silverado truck for an ac diagnostic. Our truck was blowing hot air even after the freon was added by another shop. We were given a diagnostic by another shop that we had to replace our ac compressor. We were shopping around for an honest mechanic because the previous shop only charged us and did not solve the problem. Mr.Eddie the older gentleman who works here along with his team made us feel at home and in less than an hr fixed the problem. Saving us hundreds of dollars in repairs . I heard a scraping noise coming from my tires on Wednesday, after taking a look at the breaks and the wheel bearing we thought it was the front axle. I called at 4:30 asking when the earliest they could take me was, they said 8:30 so I told them I'd be there. I show up the next morning and drop the car off, confirming that it was the axle and giving me a rundown of the price. It was $290 in total for the part and labor and I accepted, came back 4 hours later and took my car home with no problems. Definitely was super easy and much cheaper than what most other shops would do.

Terrible service! I went because my alternator was failing and was in need of a replacement but when I pulled up and told them. I was denied the alternator and was told, "it's going to be a computer thing" and I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I'm not a mechanic. The next day, my car stopped working again and my RPM's run a little high now. Never coming here again.

Went in to get my A/C checked they had horrible customer service and the older man they called " maistro " looked at my vehicle and said it just needed to be recharged he hooked up the A/C machine but after a while he told me it still wasn't working he had to look at it more carefully and I asked how much he was gonna charge me he said $120 " for what I did right now and another $140 to look at it again to try and diagnose it " I will never go back again.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Best mechanic shop around the staff is professional and very knowledgeable. Chino is a hell of a dude I appreciate him ???‼️. This shop has always gone over and above the call of duty. I highly recommend them??
