Ready to switch pharmacies. This is the second time I pick up medication and the wait inside is just as long as the wait outside. Been here for about an hour now and I'm still 3 cars away from the window.. this is ridiculous

if there was a rate zero i would rate zero literally the worst riteaid in my life i have ever witnessed. if your planning on transferring your medication be prepared to wait over a week for them to finally get it right. i'm disgusted by how unprofessional this rite aid pharmacy is. extremely understaffed. they have the longest line to even get your medication. after i waited 5 days to finally get my medication. i come to pick it up & there's 12 people in line. so do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

The worst pharmacy in Perris. I will be moving my business to Walgreens here in Perris. This RiteAid has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They are rude and not very helpful. No wonder they have closed down stores, how can they survive this. I will only be going there to get ice cream.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Besides the exception of a nice lady who helped with the information for my health insurance other then her the rest of the people were rude, very bad customer service. Waited 2 hours to get my prescription medication. Before paying it asked at the top of the left side of the screen did the cashier ask what they can do to help you and i said no because she didn't ask and it turned it to yes, I tried to rechange it to no again but it wouldn't allow me to change it so they lie and force it to say yes even if it was put as a no which is very dishonest. Will never ever go to rite aid again

The only thing I have to say dealing with the pharmacy most of the time is an exhausting experience always backed up and way to long of waiting especially when u get a Text alert that ur prescription is ready and u go pick it up and find out that it’s not ready it’s pretty annoying and also they do not answer there phones 95 percent of the time.

Customer service in the pharmacy department is horrible every single pharmacist has a horrible attitude feel like they don’t like doing there job and when it comes to answering the phones horrible service. They put you on hold with out giving you a chance to speak and keep you on hold for another 15 mins I’ve even had times when they’ve just simply answer and hang up. And evening complaining to corporate never seems to work. They get away with it. No wonder the customers match their energy and they get all upset when you do. Horrible service but it’s expected from people that work in Perris

As a perris resident I try my best to stay optimistic and support local businesses because I hate to see the perris townspeople complain about the smallest things.The lines usually move quickly and the workers seem to be friendly. I just wish the trash can and parking lot in front can be more clean.The ice cream is good too (we usually come here for the ice cream buckets and medicine when we’re sick) it’s just an average ice cream.I just wish that more perris residents can take better care of what they have. This is why we can’t have anything nice in perris because the people won’t take care of it.

Horrible pharmacy. Never in my 10 years of living in this city have I been treated in such a rude and offensive way. The staff here are incredibly rude and disrespectful in every single category. I recently went to go pick up my prescription which should have been refilled automatically, to which I then find out that I have to wait another day to pick up my prescription. Some people like me and others actually have a life and have things to do other than wait to pick up a prescription that should have already been ready to pick up. It's literally absurd how this pharmacy is still in business. Due to the lack of quality service I will no longer take my business to this horrible place. I hope all of you learn from my experience and pick a different pharmacy which actually delivers your prescription with amazing customer service, and in a timely manner.

This place is average. Nothing bad nothing good. My only issue is the long line at the pharmacy. It's terrible at times. The employees are nice and the store is in average condition.

Medications are important. Customer service is important. Long story short. I called the pharmacy said my medication was ready. My medication was set up to be delivered. Employee said they would resend the message in the app. For me to do it again. Or it was ready for pick up. I can't drive, yet. They never sent the message. I have to drive. They are always out of stock. I need to change pharmacies.

Horrible customer service from the women they have attending the Drive-thru! While I was explaining to her that this was my second time there requesting my daughter’s medication, she kept giving me an attitude and rolled her eyes. After verifying with the medical office that the prescription was sent. I now understand why the offices near by that have to submit any prescription prefer giving the business to the pharmacy in the same shopping center as Stater Bros. Highly disappointed and surprised that corporate has done nothing to address this issue. By reading the review's, this has been going on for a while.

It took them 7 hours total to fill the prescription of a simple nasal saline drops. This pharmacy is a headache... avoid them! dont give them your time. I will stick to perris hills, they dont take this long to fill prescriptions. And the staff that handles the customers who come in is so rude. Whatever her name is needs to know shes working customer service and her attitufe is negatively affecting the buisness as well.
