Quest does not care about their dodgers in California! If you monitor their speed, you put your drivers in danger! If they can’t go with the flow of traffic…they are putting us and their drivers in danger

My first times coming here have always been satisfied. At first I brought my mother in law to get her blood work done and we were in & out. A couple days after I went in to get my blood work done and I did it wait a bit longer but nothing dramatically ( I have been to LapCorp and have waited hours ). It's so easy to make a quick appointment and the staff have always been nice to me as well! Will definitely be coming back.

I'm not sure what's going on with this lab but my results were very inaccurate. Somehow, from the previous year (2022) I went from a negative test result for hepatitis C to a POSITIVE result 1year later, 2/2023. The most disturbing part of this is I was just admitted to the hospital 4/26/2023 and they also did a hepatitis C test and that came back NEGATIVE, in just 2 months, no treatment. I will never use Quest again and have directed my Doctor to never send my labs to you again. Even though is says I live in Nevada, I don't. I live in Perris, Ca and this was the Quest diagnostics in Perris, Ca. Never again

This employee's are so rude plus they don't even want to help people that need help checking in or that need any help. The worst service ever if you don't like helping or working with people don't get a job that requires you to help customers

Quest here in Perris are very kind. It doesn't take long to get seen even if they're busy.. very clean favility. They're good at drawing blood.

Very Unprofessional service. Your Female employee needs to be retrained on how to correctly withdraw blood. Digging in the needle is not the correct way.

Made a appt online Super easy ! My husband was able to log in to the link before we got there and check in on his phone as we got there we were able to sit in the lobby social distancing applies they only let so many people inside at a time they called him into the back about maybe five minutes later or less. They told his results will be back.

Not really understanding why they have people make an appointment when they are taking walk ins first and tell those who MADE an appointment that the walk-ins will be taken care of, first! Never, ever in my entire life, of all the Quest labs that I’ve been to, have they ever said that!!! This place is so disorganized I’m really surprised how it’s still open! Next time I’ll travel 20 miles.

I always get great service. One thing I did not like in my most recent visit now i had to check in no one is there to greet or check my temperature and no one cleaning chairs. While on previous visit There was always some one at the door to greet and made sure i was taking care of if I had any issues checking 8n. I find it disturbing that the majority if people using the ipad to check were not cleaning hands. I dont feel that is sanitary with the whole covid going on to sit and use dirty areas of that office. Other than that the ladies there are awsome.

MAKE AN APPPOINTMENT Although they accept walk in's, their wait time is high and unlike their sign they do not prioritize seniors or pregnant people, they prioritize appointments. It can take an an hour or more. In my case 2 hour wait. Im pregnant and came fasting to do the 3 hour glucose test and had to wait. It wasn't until an hour after my wait that she shares that it will be about an hour wait for everyone that was already in line. I ask (been waiting for 1 hr 15 minutes) and then she says appointments are priority. She says she can't give an accurate wait time. I waited 2 hours got in, the lady still asks for my insurance. Which they should do way in advance. What if my insurance isn't accepted there? She says your here for your 1 hour. I said no the 3 hour. She says that's not what's on the order. Instead of calling my doctors she goes forward with the test. I'm pregnant and by this point 10 am so i went with the flow. Since I couldn't have my phone one in there I called my doctor as soon as I left and they didn send the incorrect one. My doctors office said they should have seen that I already did the 1 hour and questioned it. I go back wait for 20 minutes for the lady to help me and at the end it was all a waste of time.

The lights were on, but no one ever answered the door for my 8:30 am appointment. I would know because I knocked loudly. I waited 20 minutes with three other individuals, whom were ignored as well. The sign on the front door said that they would be closed until Sept. 21st. Today is Sept. 29th. The automated system called to confirm my appt the night before. This is intolerable for a healthcare business. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and your laziness when it comes to serving the public. I will be contacting the CEO next. Unless he is hiding as well.

I always give opportunities, but I cannot let this keep happening anymore. Very unprofessional customer service. This is the second opportunity we give this location after having a previous negative experience and the second time we experience such negativity from staff (Patty) My father suffers from heart failure and other underlying medical conditions and has gone to this location as it is closest to home. Upon arrival he has been told there is no Doctor order and has been refused to be helped. What I don’t understand is when you call Quest, the automated service does say, “If you are 60 years of age or older, pregnant or have an underlying medical condition that puts you at risk, come during the first hour of each day for VIP care, appointments are encouraged but not required” which is what my father did since he is high risk. The recording also mentions “if your Doctor says they are sending the order, you do not need to worry about bringing one, if we do not have the order, we will contact your Doctors office.” So why is it that my father gets turned away because they cannot find an order, and why does the staff not bother calling to obtain one when it is their duty such as the recording says it is for them to call.My father showed up Friday morning and was told there was no order and the staff did not bother calling my fathers Doctors office for the order. My father was denied service and went home. I contacted my fathers Doctor office and asked if they could please call and re-send order. My father later on returned to quest and received very unprofessional rude service from Patty. My father had an old doctors business card and tore into pieces and placed in trash can. He was rudely told he could not place it there and was asked to remove the card from the trash. My father listened and removed, but he did ask why he was told to remove it if that’s what a trash can was for. He was told he could not put his trash there and my dad did ask if they had a sign saying otherwise. My father said it was wrong for them to make him remove his trash when he has no idea what other types of trash were in that bin to begin with. Not sanitary. My father was aggressively and rudely responded to by Patty. My father did mention to her he felt like recording her aggressiveness to have as proof of the way he was being treated. He proceeded to ask for the managers info and called Melody to file a complaint which he received an apology for. I am personally upset at the way this place treats people. If you work in healthcare, you have to be kind and courteous to patients. I am a medical professional and would never talk to my patients that way. If you are not a people person, do not have compassion or sympathy, please get a job someplace else, because nothing gives you the right to talk to someone that way. You don’t know what underlying medical conditions they have and the hassle it is to keep coming back and forth all because you do not want to help and are too lazy to care or do so. The first negative experience my father had, I received the same type of attitude. He was denied service and help due to “no order” I called my fathers Doctors office the first negative experience a few months ago and was told the order had been sent three times. I called quest and asked if they could call the office to obtain a verbal and quest told me they would not call my fathers Doctor and hung up on me more than once. I called again time after time and was hung up on and later on nobody would pick up the phone. After such a horrible experience, the first time I decided to contact the supervisor Melody and complained she called back with an apology. Other staff workers there did say she was a problematic staff member and that other patients always complained regarding her behavior but that unfortunately no action was taken and that they would all just hear a “speech”Sometimes an apology is not enough if staff isn’t disciplined and feels like they can get away with treating patients with disrespect. Where is the compassion?

I went in to do labs on June 5th when it was close to closing time. My doctors had been contacting them about those labs several times. They had the nerve to tell my doctors I never showed up. They most likely mishandled and misplaced the paperwork I gave them and did not document the results in their computer. I have never had this issue with other labs I have been to.

I booked an appointment for my mom on May 6th for an 11:15am appointment to get her covid 19 immune testing done. My mom is in her late 60s so we usually book appointments for her online because she's not computer or phone savvy. I was extremely disappointed when the woman at the door told her she'd have to reschedule because they don't do immune testing in the am. Strange because that's what I booked she claimed things changed. She did not ask my mom to go inside to reschedule her for the inconvenience. I understand we are in a pandemic but something more could have been done. She told my mom she'd have to book the appointment again herself. I've worked in customer service and would have handled this situation differently. So anyways I go online to book another appointment for my mom and there's still morning appointments available on different days so I'm not sure if the website is wrong or the worker? To be safe I booked an appointment in the afternoon so they don't reject her again. That appointment is for this coming Monday. Hopefully they don't reject her for another reason.
