“What a fantastic 5 star experience! The USPS offices in Menifee were closed so I came here on a Saturday just after noon. The two ladies here are amazing and offer absolutely outstanding service! They are friendly and courteous, I was offered a free label and package tape (unlike at many USPS offices where they make you pay for a simple sticky label nowadays! Literally saw it last week in Oceanside).
Whenever back in the area so will happily come here again for my postal needs ♥️?”

“Staff was amazing! They helped me with a missing belonging that by chance was dropped off by a good samaritan. The staff gave me a call and the belonging was returned. The 2 lovely ladies at the front were kind and great human beings. I unfortunately forgot their names but when they read this they will know who they are and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you again to the staff of this post office and especially those 2 ladies ?? We need more people like this in the world ?”

“Small office with odd hours, but with efficient customer service representatives. This office is conveniently located between Romoland, Homeland, and (north) Menifee. The employees here who are always willing, efficient, and knowledgeable. I visit this office frequently and have always had a pleasant experience. With all the new home developments within the immediate area, the foot traffic will grow exponentially. The USPS will have to invest in resources and infrastructure to meet the growing demand.”
“I wasn't there too long, between the time of standing in line to complete my business there was less than 10 minutes. And all I need to pick up my mail is my picture ID/DL. And they hold my mail for 30 days.”
“I only go this USPS location as the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I feel nervous going to any other USPS location as the reviews are not so good. I only send shipments internationally and the staff help me with information on goods to send. You will be well taken care of here and won’t be rushed.”
“Supervisor is great. Very helpful, and helps as much as he can. I always have issues getting mail that needs to be signed off or just a package, and when I call they always have answers. And are able to get me what I need.”
