Brought my car because they are supposed to know what they are doing and firestone misdiagnosed and got 700 for a sensor i didn't need. Went in with check engine light, and they said it was o2 sensors that were replaced, so i got the car back, and it seems to be okay. Thanks, kia! $880

Extremely unprofessional!! We showed interest in a vehicle but after discussing with them we decided to go with a different dealership. For a WEEK straight they kept calling from different numbers because we would BLOCK them and they KEPT HARASSING with calls, voicemails, and messages…. We had to reach out to management to get them to stop calling

Worst service center I have ever experienced. Bought a GMC Terrian from Marvin K Brown in San Diego and they were awesome. Always had time to service and went above and beyond to accommodate you. This crap service with Kia will keep me away from buying another foreign car again. Service sucks.

Every place starts with 3 stars.Sales: -1 star. They have a sales guy that is a seriously pushy "space invader". He basically stood over me as I filled out various documents and insisted I attend his "feature demonstrations". I tried to politely tell him, "Hey, why don't go play hide and go fuck yourself," with no effect. I had to go to the sales manager and ask him, "Could you assign a different sales representative? That guy is totally on my tit!"Service: -1 star. They don't appear to respect the customer's time. It took forevvvvvver to finalize my lease agreement long after the bank had approved the financing and the terms of the lease had been agreed to. I was there for over 5 hours when I should have been in and out in under 3.Bottom line: If you absolutely MUST buy a Kia east of Riverside, I guess you're going to have to suck it up. Me, I think I'd drive a bit to find another dealership.PS ... Within the first month of ownership Kia sent me a service bulletin indicating that the software controlling the computer needed to be updated. The Kia in Moreno Valley is so crowded it's not even worth going to so I made an appointment here. I was on time, they were not. My car sat for an hour before a tech spent 10 minutes uploading the revised software. Then it sat for another 40 minutes waiting to be washed with no car wash attendant anywhere to be found.This level of disregard for the customer's time should not be tolerated so for me, this place is a hard NO!

Great selection but better service deals elsewhere
