Within the service they provide I really do not understand on the Internet page it shows that they have open desert time at such time, and when you need the service it is closed terrible, I do not understand if because they are short of staff or the service is bad..

Bad service, they act like they don't want to help you. Why work in a pharmacy if your going to have attitude (the skinny white acts like she can't give you a consult)....................

This is a new pharmacy for me and I was kinda scared at first because I've been using a different pharmacy for many years but this play has been very helpful to me and always have my medications ready when there supposed to be I highly recommend this pharmacy

Went in one day to this pharmacy my first time around the area. Everyone was so friendly and professional the pharmacist really helped answering all my questions regarding my medication and COVID vaccine. I highly recommend very clean too!!!!!!

Fantastic experience!! This is my first time using Perris Hills, in fact it’s pretty far from my house but it’s where my dr sent the rx. Boy, am I glad he did! The medication isn’t on my insurance formulary so it wasn’t going to be covered. The staff here went above and beyond not only getting it covered but covered at a price I could afford. I appreciate all the work they did for me.Every time I’ve called, they’ve been super helpful and always very courteous... plus they deliver!I just may move all my prescriptions there!

Has been my pharmacy for years, staff is always lovely and helpful even ask u if u have any questions for new medications. Its fast and easy especially if u call ahead of time for them to prepare your proscription but the max wait is 10-30mins depending how busy they are.

Easy check in. I was seen quickly. They took xrays quickly. I was diagnosed and treated and on my way. Friendly staff and clean facility. Fair pricing. Going to urgent care seemed far less painless this time.

This pharmacy has to be the worse ever. Their customer service stinks! It took me 2 weeks to get a prescription that should've been 1 day. Three times during the process I was told they would get authorization/pricing from my insurance and call me back. Not once could they honor their word to call me back. I called my doctor's office to complain and you better believe when I see my doctor next week he's going to get an ear full, with my recommendation to not use this pharmacy. Save yourself the time and headache and stay far away from this pharmacy. I feel they are not deserving of the 1 star I was forced to give them. Update - I was told my prescription would be delivered on Friday. At 7:00 pm I still had not received my medicine, so I called the pharmacy to find out what was going on. Well it appears (or that's what I was told) there was a problem getting my medication. A respectable business would call the client and explain what happened and that a delivery would not take place. NOT Perris Hills Pharmacy! They made me wait all day for a delivery that wasn't coming. Then they said we'll deliver it today, Saturday, from the hours of 7:00am - 2:00pm. After wasting my morning and afternoon they didn't deliver AGAIN!
