They are trash I drive 49 min to get to the place when I got they were closed and I still had 55 min and on top of that they never again picked up my call they just blocked me...

Customer service is terrible! Store was cluttered!! Walked in and there was only one person working. No acknowledgment of our presence, no I will be with you in a minute. She was putting together a bouquet and talking to someone in Spanish. When she wasn't talking I tried to ask a question and her response was one minute. I could tell it was going to be a while and clearly helping me wasn't a priority so I left and gave my business to someone else. Will NOT return to this store!

Very disappointed. Ordered and paid a week in advance for a flower arraignment in a vase. Arrived to pick it up and it was not even made yet. Ended up getting it in a box made of cardboard and not a vase. The flowers were put into wet styrofoam blocks and placed inside a cardboard box. I don't even know what to say. Just unbelievable that they could care less about their customers. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Very good customer service and they had VERY reasonable prices especially for Valentine's Day, unlike some other stores who charge up the *** just because it's Valentine's Day. I will be coming here for all my floral needs.

I placed an order of a heart shaped boxed of roses on 2/06. Perris Flowers asked me to make a deposit through Zelle and so i did on 2/7. I never received a confirmation of my order, I was not asked what address to send my order to, I was not asked if I would like note along with my order. I called several times and got hung up on. This establishment is extremely unprofessional, they stole my money and I will be sure to leave a review so other people do not go through the same experience. You have ruined my valentines plans, I will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Hice un pedido de una caja de rosas en forma de corazón el 2/06. ¡Perris Flowers me pidió que hiciera un depósito a través de Zelle y lo hice ! Nunca recibí una confirmación de mi pedido, no me preguntaron a qué dirección enviar mi pedido, no me preguntaron si quería una nota junto con mi pedido. Llamé varias veces y me cuelgan. Esta establecimiento es extremadamente poco profesional, me robaón el dinero y me aseguraré de dejar una reseña para que otras personas no pasen por la misma experiencia. Han arruinado mis planes de San Valentín, disputaré esta transacción con mi banco.
