Went yesterday after work just wanted to get my lady some nice flowers. I got these for $40 my lady loved them i was in and out in no time and appreciate it I know people want to complain but they are fair prices real followers are expensive. I understand some may have bad experiences due to the language barrier or the fact they are constantly working and maybe not be extroverts but they were really helpful the guy that helped me was cool and i support the local small business don’t doubt them based on Karen reviews go for yourself and find out. I’m sure your wallet will thank you and the person they are for will too

Terrible place, I asked, they are very rude in terms of minitos. They took the price yesterday when Mother's Day was celebrated in the morning. I went for a flower and within 20 minitos I came back for more and they had already raised the same product. They are graceful and expensive and the flower is half It was already damaged, I looked for good attention and service here, I will never return.

i went to get my supplies for my mother’s day that i have, i bought $600 worth of roses and all my batches were molded. i called and spoke to the owner and he was very disrespectful to me. laughing at things i was saying and saying that it was my fault. he gave me credit and when my grandma went to go get the credit they were so rude to her. the same day she went to go get the roses, i was going to make them the same day. then i found half of the pack full of mold. now tell me is it my fault now… no. please don’t go and waste your money.

Bought some flowers for Valentine’s Day. Prices were jacked up which is expected and I did go last minute, so I knew it would be pricey. Got one bouquet of red roses for $160. Employees were sooo rude, weren’t helping customers or anything. I go to check out and the employee doesn’t even greet me or anything just instantly looks at the price tag and rings it up. The guy was literally itching to take my money and reaching for my card before I could pull it out. Never once a thank you after I spent all that money. Even while I was in the middle of signing the receipt he’s already grabbing the persons behind me credit card to ring him up. Just straight greed. At least a THANK YOU would’ve been nice, but no, he didn’t say one word to me. Won’t be coming back!!

Customer service is terrible! Store was cluttered!! Walked in and there was only one person working. No acknowledgment of our presence, no I will be with you in a minute. She was putting together a bouquet and talking to someone in Spanish. When she wasn't talking I tried to ask a question and her response was one minute. I could tell it was going to be a while and clearly helping me wasn't a priority so I left and gave my business to someone else. Will NOT return to this store!

Very bad customer service, I ordered an arrangement with carnations and they made it with cheaper flowers to their liking. Don't buy here, you ask for an arrangement and they make it to their liking. The only thing I asked them to fix my order and the man had no other answer except that I'm in Los Angeles, I can't do anything. I can't go there personally, it's too far away. I was willing to pay for delivery although it wasn't my fault but they refused. Stay away from this place so that the same thing doesn't happen to you, they overcharge you and give you cheap flowers.

Very disappointed. Ordered and paid a week in advance for a flower arraignment in a vase. Arrived to pick it up and it was not even made yet. Ended up getting it in a box made of cardboard and not a vase. The flowers were put into wet styrofoam blocks and placed inside a cardboard box. I don't even know what to say. Just unbelievable that they could care less about their customers. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
