Have I got a tale for you, if you have time. Last month in August of 2024 our family cat came down with a terrible UTI which is usually a death sentence for male cats sadly. I did what I could to help him get better, but after a day I took him to this vet to get checked to confirm that he was indeed blocked up. I was told that he needed to be unblocked which is typical in this situation, but after hearing the amount I could not afford such a steep cost, even for our cat, the nurse that helped me was very friendly and understanding of my situation. And even after she and the Doctor helped to try to lower the cost more, it was still a lot to afford of our cat. After I looked up many various thing about trying to help the cat yourself with UTI meds and to help him pass his urine by rubbing his belly a certain way, but slowly as you can get he got worse, this went on for about 8 days and I was suspecting it would happen soon, so I made an appointment to put him down sadly. The day was set and me and wife and kids said our goodbyes, it was set for 2 days later, but the following day my wife calls me crying that says it has to happened today he is in pain. So I rushed home to find that he was in fact much worse for wear, I rushed him to the vet and urged them to help put him down so he didnt have to suffer anymore, when he was eventually taken back when looked at him for the last time. My wife left to go cry in the car while I waited to take his body home, then the Doctor came fully dressed in gown so I assumed, he brought the news that my cat had gone now. But I was hit with something I never would have expected, the Doctor told me he didnt want to put him down. I asked why I didnt have the money to afford to save him, then I will never forget what he said. This cat looks so health and happy he deserves another chance to live and I will work with you to help you do that. I couldnt believe it, I never would have expected that, but after all was said and done that man worked with me and he saved our family cat, and he is here living happy and health now on a new diet and thriving, I cant thank that Doctor enough. Thus ends the tale of Tantor the cat who lived.

I would give it one stars but I had pleasurable experience with the doctor and nurse with the recent check up for my foster kitten. But why am I giving such a low review? Well, on Monday 12th, at around 3pm to 4pm, while I was at work, my younger siblings reported that one my foster was at the bottom of the stairs, unresponsive and bleeding from the mouth. They took him to this location for help since it was close. They refused to help stating that the doctor was busy and all my siblings were asking for was that they put the kitten on oxygen since he wasn't breathing. But, they kept denying my young siblings any assistance and told them that they need to go to the vet in MURRIETA. Which was 20 minutes away. My siblings kept begging and asking for help, telling them that he wouldn't survive the trip. But, they kept refusing so they had to go to Murrieta, where they were taken in immediately. A couple minutes later, they came out telling my younger siblings that he sadly passed and that if he had gotten oxygen earlier, he could've had a higher possibility of surviving. My siblings, who are young of age, had to watch a 4 week old kitten dying in their hands because this location refused to help. This left them traumatized and I would never wish this upon my greatest enemy.
I will not be going to this location any longer for any future pets I have, even if it's the closest location. From the lack of assistance along with the unsympathetic attitude of the lady in the front at that time, I am deterred from every seeking their assistance in the near future. I know they were capable of helping since the vet in murrieta didn't need the assistance of their DOCTOR to put my kitten on air and try to save him. I am heavily disappointed and don't recommend you bringing your pets hear if you are desperate from help. I recommend heading straight to Murrieta so that you don't have to experience the same thing my family has.
It's extremely disappointing and shameful behavior. Please do better.

The staff was awesome and so very kind and caring. I recommend this place of business to bring your Furbabies. My Older dog Eek-a was in the best of care.

Vets & vet techs have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Handled both my dog and cat expertly with care and understanding. Everyone has been happy to explain anything I've had questions about. And they're very easy to get in touch with via text.

I Highly recommend Nuevo Road Animal Hospital! Their customer service excelled my expectations, the office is very clean. The Vet. Dr. Ahmed was caring, knowledgeable and informative, he made us feel comfortable. Thank you, will most definitely be back soon!
