Today i went in the metro pcs store on ramona expwy like around 6 pm to make an arrangement to my account and the employee named EMILY received me with a great attitude! i felt comfortable and was able to fix what i went for. She was a great helper i’m really great full for people like her!

Really knowledgeable and very helpful staff that went out of her way to help me (thank you Martha!) definitely go back to get my upgrade from that specific store!
