If I could give a 0 I would . I got a phone that doesn't work. I was told I had a month to return it and now they said I had one day to return it which makes no sense . I called and they kept hanging up on me . So unprofessional and I hope no one purchases from them cause you will loose your money as I did. The staff is so rude and not helpful.

I went to Metro this past weekend to upgrade my phone but the lady who worked there was not very helpful at all. She wasn't very knowledgeable about the phones. Maybe I'm just used to better customer service. And it was freezing in there. It was just as cold as she was.

Checked out the ratings on this place before going to any other metro stores and they did not disappoint. Was in need of a new phone and a good deal. Celia was super helpful! She answered all my questions and even provided me with some helpful apps and gifted me a few goodies too. Even explained some perks and data reach from my previous provider that I didn't even know about. Service and experience was overall 10/10 and didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to oversell me on any devices or plans.

this location takes advantage of people that are mentally ill , old, gullible and not tech savvy. they asked for my last phone pin access my accounts for themselves and changed my passwords to all my accounts attached to the one email i gave them to help send me my pin cuz metro backs it up for you or google does. either way 3 women acted likethey were helping me with not just this but a stolen phone they encourage my mentally ill father to get instead of a basic free phone they kept saying they didnt have access to certain things on my accounts but they hacked my accounts and social media and deleted a very active twitter account that is connected to people helping keep me safe from human trafficers and radicals . my safety depends on this account and my email attached to it with all my photos of my fur baby that just passed away. these women took advantagr of me and think they are going to get away with it

I recommend this store 2560 North Perris Boulevard Suite F 11I loved it because the first thing they do as soon as you come in through the door is greet you.PSA...They follow the rules of social distancing and has Place markers on the floor to keep your space. And they also followed the mask rule. Getting back to the service, they are welcoming to your questions and needs to your service there very professional and knowledgeable on the phone devices.the young woman that helped me, her name was ( Natalie ) she was nice and easy to talk to about my phone service needs. ... I give( Natalie ).. a 5 out of 5 stars. thank you for your help. Luis

I've bought cell phones here over the years, the service is great and they have always been really nice & helpful to me. Today I bought another phone there, I can't remember exactly but I think it's the 6th one I've bought from this location throughout the recent years. Today I was helped by Celia. She knows about the phones, takes her time explaining and helps you find what you personally are looking for. I will be buying my grandson one & step-granddaughter one in the next few months and I have no doubt this is where I'll go! Thank you for all the help today and keep up the good work ?

Do NOT support this store!!! My 83-year old Dad went there to pay his bill and they talked him into getting a newer Android phone than his current one. It cost him $160 and started his plan over, His old phone worked just fine. They didn't even set up his voicemail, so now he doesn't get my calls. He is too old to deal with the latest tech and should be on a flip or candy bar type phone. When he and his 30-something friend went in to make things right the woman pretended to not speak English and refused to work with them. Would not give owners contact info either. This store took advantage of an elderly person, then refused to make good. Please take your business elsewhere and help put this P.O.S. place out of business. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

So i came to metro because i Thought of switching over from verizon,i saw online they had really good deals and most of my family has it already so i figure i give it a try, this place has the worst customer service ever, i went in there to get the $40 monthly plan they have on promo for switching, when i went in there the girl natalie said in order to get that $40 plan i had to start the first month with the $60 monthly plan which is there most expensive plan they have, after asking her if she was sure that was the only way to get that plan she insisted its the only way, since she is the "professional" i belived her and signed up but had a feeling she was lying to me. After calling several stores and feeling robbed they confirmed she lied to me and said what she told me was not true and if i wanted to i can sign up for the $40 monthly plan without doing what she told me. Luckily i had the $60 to sign up this time but i will for sure be contacting metro customer service for a refund. On top of that she is rude to every single person that walks in to the place, idk how she has a customer service job.
