DO NOT go to this place these workers will scam you and they will charge you tripple for what they tell you it is, we went here and my mom was going to just get 2 phones connected and in the middle of getting the phones activated the guy that was helping us TOLD us that we could get 2 "free" phone cases, 2 ear phones, 2 speakers, 2 head phones, and a virtual reality set all this for free. He said that all this we free multiple times so we believed it, the guy never gave us a receipt for everything we got, when we called to see what our payment was, it of what they told my mom it would be.

Great service and Metro is the best. Gives you top carrier service for prepaid, but doesnt give you second rate service because of prepaid

Be careful when you Purchase Or pay For New account Add on or even pay for your account monthly billing!! This is the second time they Add items without my knowledge that it's not a free item they will say oh you get This but its not Promotional and they don't tell you "Look" at ur receipt before you walk out you are being over charged!!! And then they fold the receipt like a booklet and staple it so I can imagine how many customers have been and are being over charged!! I caught it walked in and they try to say I can't return it first of all it was added without my knowledge!!! Then they charged my account Twice!! But I aint stupid I called metro Directly they even caught it and gave me a 61$ dllrs difference back!! Not the first time this store is managed by same guy as the store next to My town pharmacy they over charged me 100$ 6 month's ago luckily I called metro and they were in ahhhh by it!! I ended up paying the same amount I been paying for 7 yrs they were trying to charge me an extra 100$$ go figure!! And i did not get a refund on stupid case that Leticia added without my knowledge!! The employee called I believe Fernando and he said no she can exchange!! Well eat it I hope you all get caught soon!! Go to metro on Perris Blvd and if you do check ur receipt!!!

The service was slow and the workers were distracted in their own conversation the whole time I was there.I fud get a free phone though and the phone and Metro PCS services are awesome!
