Since I'm based in Los Angeles, Perris, CA, was simply too far away for me to handle, so I reached out to Jose Marin to handle the sale. During the disposition, there were significant title issues that needed to be resolved, and Jose was very helpful, informative, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Jose.

I want to share my experience with this company we contract marin realty to sell our house in Paris and had a bad bad experience Mr. Marin originally had contract with us to sell the house however he didn’t do anything and the house sat on the market for two months we wanted to cancel the contract and he wouldn’t do it then he finally agree because the contract was given to one of his employees one of the realtors and his group so we contract it with this girl Estefania and it was worst, she did not had a sign o the property, advisedNo Zillow add. And she it was on the mis for other agents to bring the buyer.Do you think that is a good agent ???Just sit and wait?? Well an other 2 months pass and she did not do anything. So we took back the listingHome is not for sale any more,Worst of service ever.I will not recommend using this broker and Sgent.

Outstanding service. Selling my fathers house. I had no idea what to do. A friend help me get in touch with Jose. When we meet. He assessed the property and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. Never pushed to do one or the other. As problem with needed more things fixed or title issue. He knew what I needed to do or new someone to call. All his references did great work. Once we had it ready. He got it sold quickly. You can't go wrong Mr. Marin.
