“Thankfully this store was open for a couple hours on sundays. we went to this location a couple of weeks ago but came about 10 minutes too early so we had to wait outside for the place to open. we waited for the
UPS employee to get settled in and when she opened the doors for us, she was very kind and appreciative that we waited for her. Extremely friendly and great service, helped us get our stuff packed and ready for shipment. Even let us use her tape and scissors as needed. We love businesses with employees that actually care”

“This is for management. You need more workers. Your understaffing and its reprehensible. Even the us postal service has at least at least 2 people on a Saturday for busy offices.
Otherwise the worker was great. Handled the rush of multiple customers at once with grace, in the half hour period we were there. It was crowded. Just because this worker is awesome and has good attitude in such circumstances doesn't mean that justifies understaffing. Its not right.”
“The young man at store number 5143was very patient with me as I was trying to return a phone case to Amazon that didn’t fit my new phone, and I didn’t have the shipping label. I had a new phone that I don’t know how to use and I was frustrated and the young man (Jayden?) helped me download the app on my phone to get the label. Thank you for the great customer service!”

“It was my first time returning something through UPS, and Patrick made it extremely easy. I hadn't even taped the box I had brought because I needed tape and was in a hurry, but Patrick said he'd handle it and stick the sticker on there for me. This store is always helpful and great with getting the job done!”
