Fantastic local mattress store. Ricky and Cynthia were both very friendly and helpful, and Ricky in particular worked very hard to get us a deal when the exact model we were looking for wasn't in stock. Delivery was prompt and affordable (we live pretty close by) and the delivery workers were great as well. Highly recommend!

We just left the store with our new twin mattress. This is the second time we purchase from Luxury Mattress outlet and we always recommend this place to our friends and family. They are 10 minutes up the road and their service is always 10/10 and even helped us load our mattresses on both occasions to make sure they were safe to transport.

Luxury Mattress outlet has really high- end quality mattress at incredible prices. I bought my son a Beauty Rest queen size mattress over a year and a half ago and it’s holding up great, just like new. I referred my friend and she bought three beds and got an amazing deal! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They offer complimentary warranty on all mattresses. I can’t speak enough about this place! It’s the best place to purchase your new mattress. went there about a year ago the sales man recommended a medium firm and assured me if it didn't work out he would refund me and pick up the mattress. well the recommended medium felt as if I was sleeping on bricks. I was told to sleep on it for a few weeks to break it on tried another week I was in tears. I went to the store at least times need less to say he was wrong I needed a plush and instead of switching the medium firm for a plush and honoring the same price the salesman wanted to charge me more. in the end I had them pick up the medium firm I was charged for picking it up and a addition charge because the salesman said he could not resale it.
