Transmission was slipping took it in they rebuilt it saying it was like new .2 months later it shifting hard took it back was told my warranty was lowered 2 only3 months because I brought it back .3 time now it's shifting bad and check engine light on saying transmission .I'm going to Amco no theses guys don't know what they are doing.

Never take your car to this place I took my car there telling him what was wrong with my car he test drove my car then told me nothing was wrong With it three days later check engine light comes on my transmission is blown

I drive a 2008 Ford E350 15 Passenger Van, transmission went out completely. The first thing that came to mind is I'm screwed. Lakeside Transmission did a complete rebuild and front brakes. 60,000 miles later the transmission is still running strong. I haul a Harley Davidson and trailer, deliver materials. I'm Happy! Thank you guys for awesome job! I see you soon. Think I'm do for new brakes.

This shop shouldn't be in business. I took the shotty work back to them they did on my car, They told me the tranny would have to be taken apart again. Luckily I said NO. I asked my friend Clay B. to look at it, for me. The tool he used was (1)common sense and (2) a flashlight, and (3) a wrench. he spotted the problem within 2 minutes. on top of the tranny, a bolt worked loose one that they didn't tighten. He went to Ace hardware bought a $1 dollar bolt and fixed it for me. They were out to do that and charge me a price of removing and a tear down plus a clutch and expect me to GIVE Them money for work they didn't plan on doing. Never go there. When I went there they were on the phone, telling Edison electric they would go to an authorized payment center a place to pay on the electricity bill obviously behind on Bill's, and they would scalp customers like me for work weren't going to do. Never go to This shop. Thank You Clay B. for fixing my car within a half hour including a trip to Ace hardware Oh and Thank You lunch you bought for us. I would go to small claims but not worth the time Chalked it up a lesson learned.
