Terrible customer service, especially in the lumber department. The one guy Johnny he is always impatient and not willing to measure the cuts we ask him to make, and he uses the fact that perfect cuts are not promised as an excuse to do sloppy cuts, all the boards that we bought today we had to take them somewhere else to cut them again, we fid not expect them to be perfect but not even one is the size that we asked for. Whenever we see him we don't even want to ask him for help because of his unhelpful attitude. Other employees working in this department are.always friendly, helpful and do a good job on the cuts we ask them to make.

Review only regarding the customer service we received from Natalie (2/28/24 ) We had an issue regarding an item that was shipped to a wrong address and needed a refund. She delivered awesome customer service and was so helpful. Home Depot in Perris, CA you have a stellar employee in Natalie! We appreciate good customer service.

Came here for few items I needed and left with a-lot less items than expected. The reason for that was the lack of customer service they expect everyone to find what they need like we are all general contractors. CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE FLOOR IS HORRIBLE THEY WALK AWAY FROM YOU IF THEY SEE YOU COMING .. probably so you don't bother them or inconvenience them . So sad that a corporation this big allows employees to treat customers like this and based on the yelp reviews MANAGEMENT DOES EVEN CARE TO REACH OUT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS WHY WOULD THEY PROBABLY WOULD BE AN INCONVENIENCE ALSO

I Visit Home Depot Feb 17,2024 & My Review is on Jeff at the Return desk, Jeff Needs more training on the Cash Register & Also Training on Customer Service the whole time Jeff repeated several times too many times "Wait a Minute" Jeff requested to See ID I gave it to Jeff in His hands & Jeff puts ID upside down on counter & drags it towards Me on counter not handing ID back to Me on My Hand like I did when Jeff requested to See ID, Jeff took Very long & seemed lost & stuck on the Cash register

This is the second time I've had to return an item at this location and yet again the employee, this time her it was Paola, was not friendly at all, rude and I felt like an inconvenience despite the fact that she's being paid to help customers, if she's that miserable maybe she shouldn't be working in customer service. It suck's that this location is so close to my home because it's convenient but I was reminded again today why I avoid this location and why you should as well. Lowe's is further from my home but I have to remind myself it worth the drive.

Worst Home Depot ever. There was 45 people in one line and no check stands open, only self serve only. There always out of everything and finding someone to help you is almost impossible. I'll go to the Murrieta store next time, it is a much better store and worth the drive.

Shopping at this home depo and got quoted a price for outdoor rug by employee and told me to take price and scan to pay and the bald manager treated me like a theef and charged me double the price I was given by employee, I told him I was going to file a complaint and he threatened me ,I'm a senior citizen and he kept harassing me and I ask him to leave while I was paying and he just kept harassing me and never sincerely apologized.

Wow! Prices really gone up! Can't get a decent hose for under $70 and plants and garden seem pretty sad. Lots of malformed and wilting plants.

The other day I was helped by a beautiful young lady named Diana in the flooring department she answered all me and my husbands questions about different types of flooring options and also made it really easy to communicate with me and my husband as my husband does not speak English very well he is A Spanish speaker but her customer service was amazing over the roof I wish I could get this type of customer everywhere I go she sat down with us for over an hour very patient young lady and sweet we made are purchase with her and are very happy and are looking forward to are new tile will definitely be back to make purchase with her in the future :)
