WHAT A JOKE FOR A DISTRIBUTION FACILITY- CLUELESS SECURITY- USELESS LAZY STAFFCAME TO PICKUP A LOAD THEY KEPT ASKING ME FOR PAPERWORK!!!! I told the girl in the office who could’ve been no more than 18-19 that I was PICKING UP NOT DROPPING.After being sent to a door and having to wait for them to come back from break THREE STOOGES roll out on a golf cart asking me the same thing.Long story short. My my time was wasted. These guys don’t wanna work. I pulled off and canceled the load.There needs to be some management and structure!!! This is a pi** poor representation of Home Depot

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Don't ever, and I mean ever purchase your doors here with home depot. You will have the worse experience especially when trying to get your money back after. We ordered a door with home depot the eta for delivery was about 2 weeks. 1 month passed we had not received anything. So I called to find out the door had been damaged in transport. Worst thing was the supervisor was saying we could not get a refund because they didn't have the door either I went back and fourth with home depot care 1800 number. They would tell me to go get our money back at the store so we went and they said they could not give us a refund. So we re ordered the door instead, weird how they were able to do that but not the refund. So we re ordered the door just to go through the same situation all over again!!!! Took us fighting with the store over and over to receive our money back!!! Don't ever purchase a door from here or anything that needs to be fabricated you will be highly disappointed!!!!!

Was having a really bad day when I came in. Being towed in with a transmission that decided to blow up can do that. The 2 ladies in the guard shack were super understanding though. The let the tow driver just drop the trailer up front and had the yard dog come out and get it. They could have easily turned me away, but let me finish out my delivery.
