Ordered in store online for delivery, never got delivered they said investigation will take place takes up to two days and possibly a refund that will take 7 to 10 days with there 60 dollar over the normal price of a shoe

Terrible experience. I bought 2 pair of football cleats online for my High School boys starting Spring Practice. The ETA of delivery was 7 days from purchase date. It is now that day, and the cleats have not even shipped yet. They didn't tell me that the cleats were out of stock and they are transferring the order to another warehouse. They offered no solutions, no refund, no credit, no expedited shipping on the order not even processed yet. They simply said they will provide a tracking number once it ships. Yet, they've charged my credit card already the second I purchased the cleats online.I should have been suspicious when they had such a huge inventory of cleats when nobody else has any. I have a feeling I will need to take this up with my credit card company.
