I've been picking up from this place since October November and every time I call the lady who answered some Filipino lady oh is this Brandon at Melvin way so they know my phone number. Today busy day left my phone in my cousin's car waiting on the delivery got to my phone call uplift to explain my phone's been in the car I just got back Filipino lady receptionist told me the driver is an hour away they're headed to you right now they're in Riverside. An hour and 15 minutes go by and I text the delivery driver who text me and I said I'm following up and they were clueless they then told me that the order was delivered but it never got to me.. I'm black I don't know if they know that but I've been getting a sabotage every time I order from these people and they try to act like they don't have you in the database but when you call they'll tell you your name before you offer it...I miss the good old days where customer service was expected and given nowadays people just do their jobs and don't care about nothing communicating or anything to avoid the household I would say go somewhere else cuz all it takes is one time for them not to deliver your weed when you need it and you're in a bad mood

The staff is amazing, I was so surprised the tax is already included in the total, you gain points ordering ahead is a breeze. I stopped going to my old favorite spot for Green Kong 10 stars! Highly recommend them. Try it out.

I have always had a pleasant visit visiting Dispensary However this one particular time I was on my way to a rodeo didn't have any flower or a lighter went into there the butt tender gave me a good price on the buds and went out to his car and gave me his own personal lighter now that's customer service

In the time I've been working with green cone I have found the staff to be very professional and kind. They always work with you. Tell you the proper deals or not out there. To hurt you or rip you off, it's a good deal.

I LOVE GREEEN KONG!!’ One of the best in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA.!!! Special shout outs to TESSA SAM AND DAMIAN!!! I just flew in to town the other day and had my driver SAM wait almost an HOUR for me to Arrive!!! Talk about making a customer happy !!!! I appreciate them just as much as they appreciate me!!!!!!! I wont be taking my business anywhere else !!!!
