I had a terrible experience with Furniture Palace and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. My entire experience with them has been nothing but a nightmare.First off, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Every time I called to inquire about my order, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually addressing my concerns. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience or try to find a solution for my issue.To make matters worse, they are also liars. When I first placed my order, I was promised that all of my furniture pieces would be delivered within 2 weeks. However, it has been over a month and I have yet to receive one of the pieces I purchased. When I reached out to them, they claimed that it was on backorder and gave me a new delivery date. But even after that date passed, I still didn't receive anything.But the worst part of it all is that they didn't even give me everything I paid for. One of the furniture pieces I purchased was never delivered and when I asked for a refund, they completely ignored my request. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. It's like they took my money and ran.This company has absolutely no respect for their customers and their complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend Furniture Palace to my worst enemy and I regret ever giving them my business. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your furniture needs. This company deserves zero stars.

My experience was awesome,really nice furniture ,very helpful salesmen help me pickout a beautiful dining room set And a memory foam mattress .

I'm just giving it one star because it's the only thing it allows me to give a review but this is the worst store I've ever bought from. I bought a bedroom on 6/6/21 and the man told me it would arrive on Friday 11/6/ 21 but to date (today 6/18/21 they have not contacted me to give me an explanation oh an update on what is happening with my order it is the worst company I have ever bought from and the worst customer service the owner is hiding and he doesn't show his face

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!! My husband and I went for simple box springs and could have gone anywhere but we bought from them because we felt bad that the manager Diana treated the sales associate Roy like trash in front of us. So we went ahead and helped out as a good deed. Their systems were all down so we Even went out of our way to find an ATM for cash. the sales associate Roy gave us the wrong size and told us they would order it and have to the next day. The next day never came. They stopped taking my calls and every time I go in they give me a bs story why they don't have my box springs they even blame me for not going to their other Location to pick up. Why do I need to go to another location if I bought it at a specific location? You have to do their job? No! It took over a month to get my box springs and it took us having to walk and argue for my product or my money back. Luckily I got my box springs but I had to deal with even more horrible customer service from another employee named Gus. This company is terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business.

I ordered a desk on 9/20/20 and did not receive it till 12/13/20 I was patient but their customer service was horrible they didn’t provide me with any updates. First and last time I will order from this furniture store.
