This review is specifically regarding the front end manger GEORGE. I attempted to make a return and this man told me he couldn't return the items because it was too many items. It was about 10-12 items. He said if it was 1-2 he could return it, but nothing more. I called Kroger directly to confirm as the website specifically stated you can return within 30 days. We purchased the items 2 days ago and not sure what his issue was, but I guess his authority overrides the company policy. Well we'll see about that George. I'll be calling the store manager tomorrow along with the corporate office. ;)

My rating isn't for the store all together ,I just had a problem with the seafood more specifically the oysters, decided to try them and found a few pea crabs inside when I shucked the shell , I know some people eat the pea crabs but it's technically a parasite and I just thought others should know they might get the same I bought 6 oysters 3 had pea crabs this was 05/18/24

Good morning workers at this place food 4 less are very rude they blocked the aisles with products so that customers can't use the aisles that they're working on but my thing is why can't they get it done at night when the store is closed why do they got to do it while the store is open in the morning... They make you feel like you should not be there slamming products on the ground...one of the girls pushing the broom kept following us and even hit my friends shoe with her broom and I told her you have a whole store to swept but here you are right behind us... The lady at self-checkout got mad and Rushed us at checkout because she wanted to smoke her cigarette and we were taking too long.. These are definitely not morning people

Horrible place to shop it's barely 8 o'clock and all the registers are closed.
I will recommend any place else to shop at because this place is only getting worse. Currently in a line behind thirty other people with only self check out open

Very bad service, there is no staff, no one can help you, there are no cashiers, only the machines so that you can charge yourself, you can spend up to 30 minutes waiting in line to charge yourself because the managers do not put personnel to work and save, but it is not fair.
