Fleet pride Perris sold me the wrong radiator, after providing them with vin number. Took back for a return and they would not take back the radiator because we didn’t have the box for it. $1,000 wasted thanks fleet pride . I will be closing my account with you.

Bought batteries about 6 months ago for one of the trucks. came in today to get warranty for a set, they refused due to not having original invoice, not even with my phone #. After 3 years of buying truck parts here they just lost my business, will heading down the street to ICE truck parts from now on.

Been coming here occasionally since we relocated to the area a year ago. Always helpful and professional. Yesterday I walked in “old school” with a few parts from my PTO and after learning the cost of a complete unit, I asked about a kit to rebuild mine. They had one in stock at Ontario; they allowed me to do a will-call. This afternoon my truck is back together ready for work. 10 stars if I had that option.
