So, this location was going to shut down and they were still offering lifetime membership? You'd think they would have had to disclose that. I'm pretty sure this is illegal and all members that signed up should get a full refund.

Great experience friendly staff. the mobile app to check in does not work even after resetting my password. After I changed my membership plan is when I started experiencing login problems and the staff could not solve my issue.

A grand and clean gym. Plenty of equipment, obviously depends on the time you go as well. Some people go in groups so they linger around machines.

Unprofessional. It has been a nightmare to cancel my membership since May, I spoke to junior or Omar the “manager” who confirmed my member was canceled yet, I got a charge for the month of July. I received confirmation via email of the cancelation, yet here we are with the unauthorized charges.
I have also received on several occasions emails about my “completed” personal training session, I have not been to this gym in over 12 months. I don’t know if the trainers are doing some shady unethical things to claim sessions completed but that is an internal matter they should look into. I have been waiting for a call back from the manager, it has been now 7 days after my 2nd call.
It is unfortunate that they make it so impossible to cancel, but with this type of customer service it is hard to want to continue to be a member.
