Never go here this place sells $1200 sterling silver overlay necklaces that need to be redipped after it turns black. And you better buy the service plan it will cost you $160 if you don’t throw that advertisement they send out away the small print SSTL is sterling silver overlay but they don’t tell you that.my moms neck turned black from the silver overlay rust.

Went in specifically to inquire regarding having links be taken out of my watch (wrist is small) & although I was prepared to pay any type of fee for the service being provided, thankfully the friendly, dedicated, patient, & professional employees Jared & Isabelle we’re more than kind enough to be of assistance & as an added bonus & much to my pleasant surprise they removed the necessary amount of links (free of charge) all while delivering exceptional customer service!! Thank you again so much!! Would definitely recommend doing business with this particular location!!

My daughter and I were actually going to get ice cream and we randomly walked in to the jewelery store. Isabelle was on spot! Friendly, informative and overall provided the best customer service possible. Mind you, the phone rang and she still managed to multitask. Not once did she complain about being busy. She took it like a true champ. It's not easy to find this type of service, given the type of call she had. She was so professional and kept is so real with us. I enjoyed being there, and just knowing that she treated us as more than a customer. Thank you, Isabelle! We now know your favorite ice cream is snickers! this woman deserves a raise!
