Look, Dad's is not cheap. What you pay for you will get quality. The new ownership group are doing a great job with providing solid automotive work and excellent customer service. I came out of the shop feeling like they had a great handle on the issues with my vehicle. They were prompt in responding back to me, detailing what needed to be replaced and were quick to do the repairs.
Very pleased with the staff at Dad's. Would highly recommend if you live in the Perris area.

Unfortunately we took our car to this place a few months ago. We will not be returning, our car was running before it was serviced here. We picked it up and we couldn't drive it home. We had to tow it home. My advice to everyone would be Google to number to California bureau of automotive repair. Just in case.

My experience with Dad car service is very bad .. I do break pad and wheel Change I am stay for more than 4 hours waiting in very hot waiting room to get parts in adfition of car service time . At end thy charge me $637 .,part price no more than 120 max , and more 1 hr work time , it’s very expensive not affordable service, I don’t recommend this shop to anyone

Look, I'm not saying they tried to hustle me, BUT..... I called them to ask about how much they would charge me for to recharge my A/C and was quoted a price that went up exponentially when I got there. That's all I'm saying...

Worst service ever. Our truck has been at this shop 3 times in less than a year for the take same issues. This last time three weeks. They rebuilt our engine three times. Then when I called the guy was super rude to me then acted like I was the problem. Sorry you buy cheap parts so you’re not actually fixing anything. Just a band aid until it breaks again. I would never recommend anyone to this place. Sir you’re not only a jerk but incompetent. Hope you got my last message.

Found this place through AAA. Fast service, great staff (they even had Keurig coffee and comfy couches in the lobby while you wait for your car to be serviced!). Got all my maintenance done in time for our roadtrip. Definitely a trusted place to take care of your vehicles.
