Very rude manager!! I was here trying to look at plastic containers like storage bins And I Needed a certain size The only one they had was missing a lid. All of the tubs or containers are miss smart I thought this one was $10 so I brought it to the front and asked if I could get a discount because they didn't have any lids. The cashier was very nice called over the I would assume Superviser or Manager And ask if there was any lids and if I could get a discount. The manager said yeah, give them 10% off and if that's not OK then he doesn't need to buy it. I proceeded to tell him he didn't need to be rude. All of his items are mismarked and price wrong anyways, this Ben said it was $10 and it's 30 bucks without a lid and then we went back-and-forth for a couple minutes. Would not have bought it for $29 with a lid. I grabbed it because I thought it was $10. Per Amozon policy I could've got the item for the $10 but after the manager was rude to me I didn't even wanna deal with them, it was also a stack of tin of these in the same spot marked for $10 so maybe I'll go back tomorrow and buy them all for $10 without lids. that's what I'll do all the Manager had to say was go ahead and give him 10% off. He did not need to add the extra to be a jerk for no reason., I just spent over $2000 here yesterday I just moved to the area and filling up a two-story house. I'll make sure just to order everything else on Amazon from now on. I try not to do that to keep companies in business.. I know nothing will come from this because a big corporation and they do not care how they treat the customer shame on you Walmart you're a Christian owned company you don't sell CDs with curse words in it but you're rude to customers were trying to spend money

Emma at the door is rude does not know how to do her job in a professional manner, no customer wants to be embarrassed at the door then have to follow her so she can then embarrass the cashier because she made a mistake on a water refill , there's a way to fix the issue without making such a spectacle , is that her job? to humiliate people ? Nobody wants to travel to Mo Val or Menifee to shop else where but this is why they do .. it's already messy to shop there nobody wants a messy exit also ...

Heads up, if the driver steals your grocery delivery, you still have to pay fort it. Driver stole $72 dollars worth of groceries out of a $100 grocery delivery and Wallmart said oh well, we are keeping you're money. They have a photo of just three small bags at the door and they acknowledged they saw it. Then they said they have credible proof it's delivered so they get too keep $72 dollars for nothing. Since they don't do anything I wonder how often drivers are stealing? I knew customer service would be bad because it's Wallmart, that's why I put off signing up for Walmart+ for so long, butt customer service is basically non existent. No one cares even slightly.

I am grocery shopping with the family, but there's many items that are not in stock. This Walmart does not provide many items for the daily use. The meat department needs to re-stock as well as dog food. Many brands are not in stock. The restrooms are clean and cashier lines are fast.

Went in wanting to get a speaker and of course they were locked up. I asked for someone with keys about 6 times and everyone kept saying "just find someone with keys". Thanks genius that really narrows it down. This place deserve a 0 star rating, DO NOT waste your time coming here.

I don't go to Walmart often, but yesterday I needed to run in for a couple of things since I was right by the store, and so it seemed the most convenient to go in to Walmart to pick up the items I needed. It was just an unpleasant experience! None of the personal, cash register, or lady at the door to check your receipt are nice. No smile, just very short in responses, they never even look at you and look over your head or look around while helping you or when there is a need to answer you. It makes you feel as if you're an inconvenience to them to be there. It gives you an icky feeling to even be there. What a totally unpleasant experience to even be there!! PS: I also needed Folic Acid. I asked for assistance because I couldn't locate it on the shelf. They carry various brands for various vitamins, but only one brand, one row of Folic acid, and they were OUT!!? What the heck?? And this is a super center? I don't have a need to go back there again. I prefer to go to Stater Bros, Walgreens, Home Depot

Walmart vision center. Do not use them. Poor quality products and the staff in this store are not helpful nor are the Evan pleasant to deal with. I will never purchase anything from that store again everyone se to be extremely unhappy. no stars but review would not post unless I gave them a star.

This rating is based off of ONE ASSOCIATE NAMED SELINA. She is the type of associate I would love to hire and work with serving customers! Polite, kind and professional. She was unable to help me because she didn't have keys in cosmetics and she called over the associate who did to help me... as I was paying Selina came back to ask for a trash bag and the associate nodded her head and told her "No"because everyone has to have their own trash and if she lets her then "everyone will ask" and her trash bag will get full and she looked up at the camera... if this is really a Walmart thing that's so sad yet if it's not it makes it even worse speaking to the type of person that associate is... UGLY. Selina didn't go back and forth with her after she asked "really it's a little trash" and was declined again maintaining her professionalism especially in front of a paying customer!! After I paid and walked by where Selina was organizing I saw her "trash" a couple napkins from wiping the shelves. She was doing her job and keeping tidy for customer presentation she then wished me a good day!! I pray good people like herself aren't ever tainted by unkind bitter people. A very sad environment to be a part of or work in... when we spend more time at work than at home. God Bless all the good people stand strong in your kindness and good character!!

do not go here to shop for groceries or album anything. a employee is profiling other customers and managers refuse to do anything about it. do not even work there too. it have bad management. customers are supposed to be treated with respect and being helped by the employees. they had a customer that was waiting in line and there were only on there phone for a little bit just for waiting in line. and they said that she can't even buy something because she is on her phone and just kick off from the cashier. we will never shop here ever again. as plenty of times I have been shopping there for 7 years. that never happened until now. fix your policy

Walmart, you guys need to start checking IDs on SPARK delivery drivers. I ordered groceries last night and the person supposedly delivering my order was a female. I answered the door and said who are you? Where is Jennifer thats supposedly delivering my order. The male delivery driver said it was his friends account. This is not safe Walmart you guys need to start checking IDs when you give my groceries to these delivery drivers. ID should be matching the name on the account!

Do NOT buy your meat here. This was our first time buying a steak from the meat department. When I opened it up to use it. I found a small, black spider inside and it was ALIVE! Never again buying meat here.

I was shopping ther and lots of kids running around and screaming the stuff is crammed in and I saw a shoplifter and. The workers did nothing prices are outrageous the workers just open drinks and chug them and leave them in shelves

If you enjoy waiting in lines for 45+ minutes then this is the place to be. Knowing this is a busy Walmart I don't know why management still chooses to have 3 cash registers open. Insane! Even self checkout is incredibly long.
