Every month we go to Stater Brothers to buy boneless skinless chicken breast normally they have very large boneless skinless chicken breast this month Nov 2023 this is what we got they said it's because they have a different distributor well they better kick the guy to the curb and go back to what they had because this is ridiculous

Meat department has gotten worse. This has been the second time this overweight worker tries to get me to buy the pre packaged meat ,Or gray meat and he gave me a whole reason as to why it's gray. As a customer I think it's fair that I pick the cuts I would like to purchase. It's my money.

The quality of this store is going down hill. I stopped by today to pick up dinner. I looked at the meat section, and they have meatballs that are already bad. And the chicken area up front has flies around them and it's not even the temperature it's supposed to be at. This isn't the first time I've noticed this, I once purchased the cooked Mexican rice and it had mold. I had to go back to return it.Please do better this is the only stater bros in town.

Wow !Reading all the reviews .. kinda makes you wonder what kind of employees Stater Bros ( Perris ) Store hires .Rude unfriendly and just to busy with blah blah blahI'll just keep shopping at the Best StaterBros with good customer service.# 1 Grand Terrace ,Loma Linda., Colton ,Redlands etc Maybe Perris employees should stand in line at the unemployment .

I went to stater bros today and went to the meat department at 7 p.m. and the the meat clerk told me that they were closed. I asked sense when do you close at 7? He said they always do. I then went and got the manager on duty he told me that the clerk was wrong, but when the store manager went back to the meat department he said he'll have them cut one time, but only as a courtesy and it won't be done again. Not only was the meat clerk rude , but Jose the manager on duty was very rude. I worked for the meat department at staters for over 10 years and do not understand what is happening. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Food is expensive enough, but now we pay the high cost and crappy service too? That's just horrible

Horrible costumer service there was a lady being rude to my mother for no reason , I didn't see her complete name but it started with a "Ma", this was an older lady too, which means she should have more costumer experience and it was clear she didn't. This is really sad because everybody else was very nice

We just left yur store & very irritated w/a mger. Our ck'r (Lorrie) had a customer in front of us that there was a card malfunction. Lorrie called for a mger. (Jose) which rerung the items & proceeded to belittle & became rude to her in front of the 6 more customers in line. His behavior was completely unnecessary & quite embarrassing for Lorrie as well as making customers feel uncomfortable. We visit this particular store often & I for one will NEVER ask this man for a roll of toilet paper! Thank u.. Robi & Michelle

Good starter bros, usually their fully stock.The meat department has everything you need for a great cookout. BUT the people working at the meat the department has horrible customer service. I ask for chicken leg meat and the people working at the meat department told me they had run out. I continue on with my shopping, a few minutes later I decided to go back to the meat department to see if they had any chicken leg meat and there was plenty of chicken leg meat. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

i've been in there multiple times & Serena & the guy are VERY rude. they did my cake all wrong & when i expressed it to them they were no help at all. worst customer service i've ever experienced.

I went to the store Manager Mary for lottery forms and she sent me to the machine that did not have any so I had to go back to her! She turned around and had a handful of blank forms in her drawer, talk about bad customer service!!!

Well, I am so disappointed. With the lifting of the mask mandates by President Biden and the CDC, I felt comfortable going into Stater Bros without a mask. Now, I got vaccinated and took a picture on my cell phone so in case anyone ask me I have the proof. I am really upset with a cashier, not the staff in the produce dept, meat dept, they were wonderful. They gave me all the help I needed and the meal I cooked was great because of their help. This cashier on the other hand was an a*** she was so disrespectful. Just plain rude, I have NEVER been treated so badly by anyone at Stater Bros before in my life. I thought she was going to start yelling at me for not wearing a mask. I explain to her what the CDC and Biden said, I was never given a chance to prove that I was vaccinated, she was simply argumentative, and I was completely wrong I am not welcome back unless I wear a mask. I was trying to tell her that when I walked through the door the greeter never said a thing about a mask, she told me "Welcome to Stater Bros" If you are not willing to treat me with respect then never expect me back into your store. There are plenty of other stores that will treat me with respect, I have had cashiers from other stores who have thanked me for getting vaccinated and welcome me without a mask. I will not have an employee raise her voice, treat me like garbage, completely disrespectful, I did not earn that from her. I did the right thing and got vaccinated. I am not going back to that store. I love these people at Stater Bros, I simply will not put up with this type of treatment from this person. I guess what really upsets me the most about this, this is the forth time I have been in Stater Bros since the lifting the mask mandate without and no one said anything until now.

Staters is the best market ! I always find everything I want usually there's not a lot of people. A little bit more expensive than Food 4 Less but you get what you pay for I guess usually everyone's nice and helpful but not always

I really enjoy coming here to shop for my everyday groceries, love the wine selection, prices and quality. The beef quality is second to none, this is my bbq one stop shop. Always plenty of staff around to help me find a certain product and answer any questions I might have.

placed a cake order with detailed cake order asked to recreate one of the displayed cake with sprinkles around cake a young man then let a girl continue order i still specified what i wanted i came to pick up cake to see no sprinkles around cake and name mispelled when i told the girl stated that the cake frosting was dry to apply the sprinkles around.. she was confused and stated nothing could be done this was just upsetting because me and my husband always place orders at this location and it seemed like they were beyond careless..
