Nancy was amazing! She provided great informative and prompt service. The pricing and vibe of this location is amazing. The new client discount is AWESOME as well as coupons they give and different FREE swag . They have the best selection of flavors for Jeffery pre-rolls!The lounge it’s self you must check out! Comfy seating, music, game console hookup and outside food allowed. The perfect place to relax or do what makes ya happy .

Bought two vape carts that didn’t work. Took them back with same packaging and everything and they said all sales are final. You can’t sell product to customers that doesn’t work and not at least exchange it. BAD Business Practice… lost a customer

I would give it zero stars but it's not an option... I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now... this location has a point system every 20 dollars is 1 point... I came to this location 6/20/23 at 2:02pm usted a 5 dollar store coupon, I had 11 points towards my next visit when I came the next time around the lady tells me I have no points, come to find out Valerie A usted my point on 6/2/2023 only 2 mins after I was there with the store coupon... so now i know that their own employees steal points from costumers... I have never experienced service like this! It's garbage!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Unless u want to lose money!!!! Also when I asked for the manager they said they don't have one because he's in China! Like wtf hires u then??? Lmaooo you guys are a joke!!! Please don't give this place a chance!!

Horrible! My Senior mother went there the other day to buy a cartridge. Then asked the Bud Tender for a Strong indica and they gave her 5 grams of THC BOMB.. It was DISGUSTING!!! It was Old, Super Brown, Smelled gross!! They Totally took advantage of her age and sold he old bad flower for a high price..
