Horrible phone service. I first called one afternoon about getting an alternator swapped out. The female who answers the phone has no phone etiquette AT ALL! Of coarse, it's normal to ask about the make and model of the vehicle but when I expressed to her that my vehicle is the turbo version which is either the 2.0 or the 4.0 ( let me explain, I wasn't sure which of those numbers represented the turbo, which is why I said the turbo) If she has all the cars information in front of her, it will either say 2.0/4.0 turbo OR 2.0turbo/4.0. It's one or the other. I get if she didn't have the information in front of her but when she asked me and I said turbo, she replied "oh, 4.0 turbo?" Which leads me to believe that when referring to the TURBO IT HAD TO BE THE 4.0!!!! Anyway! Cool we find out that that is in fact the car and model information and she says to me that she's going to get the estimate from the mechanics AND SHE HANGS UP ON ME! I figured it was the end of the day and maybe they were closing up shop, so I didn't push. I would just call back the next day. I call back and of coarse, she picks up again. I say I would like to get an estimate and changing an alternator. I was letting her know that I called the day before and before I finished she says exactly this "...yea...He says that you need to know the type of car before they can change it out..." Before she could even finished talking I hung up because obviously it's not the right place for me to get anything done. Maybe the mechanics are a bit more reliable but the female answering the phone ruined it for this company.
