The Apple Maps says they open at 9am. The lady didn't open the doors till 10:19. I hope they update their times on the necessary sites.

Horrible place to go. My dad has been a customer here for years and the lady here is so rude and full of lies and excuses! He has been paying $60 for unlimited service when the price has obviously changed. He asked to change his plan and she told him he couldn’t. I worked for Boost so I am well aware of how it works. He could switch plans and she lied and said he couldn’t! He paid the $60. After that his international calling did not work! He went back and she had excuses. Saying the service was not working and out of her control. Again, a lie. Not helpful and only there for profit. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere.

I've dealt business with this guy and his both are not trust worthy of there word I have the husband money to put on my phone bill I go home and I check my bill they had one payment which they were to give to me for a free month because I kept giving them money for my data being over I said I have unlimited data long story short pay the money I never saw where he put the mo ey on my account when I asked him he goes to the computer next door look up my number and says there nothing here. I felt he should have called but he didn't he says there no way of knowing. They are very funny acting people I will be looking to see my Google account to see if I can pull up my history. Thing is he has control of all that he erased. He gave me no service or tried to help find out what happened.

Super bad experience...guy with bad attitude and service wouldn't stop cursing in Spanish and didn't how to help with what I needed, I had to go to another boost mobile with actual professionals. They should get better people with experience and that know how to talk to people not just fool around .....

The employee at this place told me she had a phone I wanted I drove all the way down there for her to not have the phone at all and then try and imply I couldn't afford the type of phone I was looking for. Worst customer service I have experienced.

I was in a desperate situation, lost my phone needed to get one asap but was very short on cash at that time. Plus my previous carrier didn't want to release the number.
The employee's at this store went the extra mile got me into an exceptional phone with my previous number. In RECORD TIME and for a Great price!!
