“I came in to O'Reilly's this last week unexpectedly, having some car troubles. The young man that helped me, Alfredo, was very helpful and friendly. He asked me a couple questions to narrow down and troubleshoot my car issue then offered me two options on products that he would personally use if he had the same problem. It's only fair I take the time to post a review for this employee that gave me reassurance and was very knowledgeable. Thanks!”
“Underrated...way better than autozone. Called autozone and they said they couldn't help me till 12. Called OReily and they told me come in and helped me on the spot. Customer service 10 out of 10.. service 10 out of 10. Price same as autozone but they offered an offerdable option for battery replacement that autozone didnt.”
“My car would not start earlier today. I called Auto Zone and O’Reillys. While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! The best experience I received today was the fastest, simplest service I’ve ever dealt with as far as my vehicle is concerned. I appreciate the patience, questions answered and overall exceptional customer service. Thank you!”

“Hi Everyone!I love this auto parts store. The sales people are so helpful and professional. They helped me with my jaguar and Mercedes Benz. Sometimes you have to wait if you want them to see why your check engine light is on.. it's worth the wait..they have always been right. The auto shop confirmed what I was told by O'Reilly's auto scanner was exactly the same. They will help put on windshield wiper blades too! This O'Reilly's auto shop is a favorite to the locals. “Excellent service, quality companionship, and affordable prices. I've lived in the area for years, and had not once gotten my tires changed within the area; to the point of bare tires. 2 days ago, I decided it was about time to get them replaced. Unfortunately, there wasn't many places open on a Saturday that I could afford. Luckily, I called, and they told me they'll be open till 4. I popped in, they had a look, we discussed the price, and in total, I was there for about 30 minutes, maybe less? I have never been more impressed by the timing of such quality service. I can say proudly that they have gotten a customer coming back in the future installments.”

“They have there shortcomings but all and all it's a solid parts store. And if they don't have it in stock. A 5 min drive to there warehouse and they have part pulled usually when you get there.”
