“I worked with Iris and she spent three hours patiently getting me the correct checking account to open for my high school reunion event. We had a couple of docs to prep on the spot since this isn't exactly a business or a personal account. This was a great relief for me to get done. “Hello, I maybe have written 1 review ever before and I rarely do something like this but I feel a strong need to write this one. This BBVA branch is probably the best branch I have ever gone to. I live in Corona, CA and drive to this one just to have the same customer service levels that they provide. The branch manager Andrew is definitely an awesome asset to their team. He understands clients needs and knows the best ways to tackle them efficiently. Its awesome because he is available to answer questions when necessary and makes amazing recommendations when it comes to banking products. He truly has a very strong understanding of his job which makes working with such a bank an amazing experience.”
